this may be the best thing for her,to drop out of the limelite and hollywierd scene for a while,maybe a long while.i read that the betty ford center is used occasionally by the cali justice system,to hold addiction cases on lockdown,as court-ordered rehab.i would much rather that happen in Lindsays case,than going to jail.look,she didn’t kill or seriously hurt anyone,and she doesn’t have a criminal record,so maybe a 60-90 court supervised lockdown rehab is the best thing for her.i don’t know,i just hope that the judge takes into account that she has tried to get clean,even though the first two rehab attempts obviously were less than sucessful.she DID try to get clean,but without help,and a personal desire to get better,it won’t work.i hope and pray that wherever this troubled and desperately hurting young woman is,she is truly at rock bottom and finally getting the serious help that she needs.love always,a loyal fan and friend.peace

if lindsay was DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE,she could have KILLED someone or HERSELF.
people seem 2 be missing the point.
now in the other thread someone POINTED that out and was accused of being a HATER.

its not HATING when THE TRUTH is being POINTED OUT.
just think about this:WOULD SOME OF YOU BE AS QUICK 2 call lindsay “A VICTIM” if she hit your FAMILY MEMBER while DRIVING DRUNK?

i LOVE LINDSAY,but lets call it what it is:LINDS was IRRISPONSABLE 4 getting into the car and DRIVING and KNOWING that she was INTOXICATED.
lindsay knew she was DRUNK.
and if she doesnt get 8 YEARS in prison,she should DEFINATELY have 2 sit down with the FAMILY MEMBERS of VICTOMS who were KILLED BY DRUNK DRIVERS.
then maybe this will show her how SERIOUS her ACTIONS WERE.
