Lindsay Lohan LA Confidential Preview

by Arieanna on June 14th, 2007

Here is a preview of Lindsay Lohan’s spread in LA Confidential:

"The thing is, people do things and mess up," she says in the new issue of Los Angeles Confidential magazine, hitting stands next Friday. "No one’s perfect. I’m human."…

Lohan admitted that Hollywood isn’t always so kind to her. "The real hard thing about L.A. is that it’s all about one thing," she says. "Everyone always wants something. This industry is very lonely; I tend to get very lonely."

She may have used that sadness while shooting I Know Who Killed Me, her upcoming thriller in which she plays a stripper abducted by a serial killer. "I do a lot of crying in scenes," Lohan says. "At one point, [my character] takes a bunch of pills. I didn’t know how to approach the challenge, so I just dove in."

And yes, she does do some stripping in the movie. "Leading up to it, I was a little shaky, but I had some friends on set and in the end I wasn’t nervous," Lohan remembers. "Once I was in costume and really ‘in it,’ the scene went great. It doesn’t come across as cheesy or gross, like, Oh, she just wanted to take her clothes off."

I read the entire interview, and it was just so good - and a little sad. To me she came across as a very lonely and somewhat insecure person, which would correspond just fine with what we have seen lately.

Hopefully she’s on her way to be more comfortable with herself.

Praying for you to get still better Lindsay. All your true fans have faith in you :)

private….i read the interview and very much agree with you that she seemed sad and world-weary.i could feel her emotion and sadness as i read the words, and it was somewhat surreal, given the mess she’s in and how soon it occurred after this interview.it’s almost like she was resigned to all of this happening.you can see some sadness in her eyes in several of the pictures.i find it interesting that you see her emotion more clearly in the black and white pictures taken of her over the years.i definitely liked this interview and would like to see one sometime later in the year in which she addresses her issues in a constructive way,to maybe point out some pitfalls and ways to avoid them from her own experience,to both her fans and her former fans.as always,i wish you good health, clarity of mind, and best of luck in career choices,Lindsay.peace

I like how Lindsay thinks (no- i am not talking about her bad decisions)… That last line when she said “Once I was in costume and really ‘in it,’ the scene went great. It doesn’t come across as cheesy or gross, like, Oh, she just wanted to take her clothes off.”

That oh she just wanted to take her clothes off part. It proves that not all rumors are true at all given that response. She is aware of everything happening around her, she is not stupid.. she is just silent and lonely.

All words that she said corresponded to each other. they connected (I mean the words and the emotions). the interview is heartfelt. SHE per se is HEARTFELT. i think she has been all along.

Oh MY! SHE’S SO GORGEOUS!!! It’s hard to believe she was EVER as poorly-represented as she is in those pictures in “Lindsay Lohman’s ex-bodyguard dishes on her life” — it’s so unfortunate that such pictures — actually outdated ones, by now — continue to get posted on sites such as this — especially this site - which has so many beautiful pictures to choose from — it rather hits you like putting chocolate syrup on a steak — they just don’t go together — AT ALL! Those other pictures should probably be removed at some point — soon, one would hope …
