  i have always liked her black and white shots,gives her that old hollywood look.i hope that Lindsay continues to get oppurtunities for movie roles,photoshoots,songs,etc,during this trying time as this may be the one part of her life that gives her any happiness and keeps her head above the water,figuratively speaking.get well,miss Lindsay.love always,a huge fan.peace

  i think lindsay is an especial person, that’s the reason why i feel so interested in her and that’s also why I haven’t given up on her and never will.

  where is lindsay? I haven’t heard anything about her. I hope she has entered rehab or something. I am a recovering alcoholic and I know what it feels like, I think she definetely needs to find herself and get better. She’s an amazing actress and singer and hopefully she’ll be back in the spotlight soon. Miss her!!!

  Hi Lindsay!

  Yes — each of our lives is a gift — a very beautiful gift — given to us by a very beautiful and loving Giver! And each day is also a gift — from Him to us — to be enjoyed, and shared.

  I’m not sure exactly where you were about, “God wont talk to me, I guess she’s pretty busy lately …” The God I know has NEVER been too busy. He HAS heard you — every word spoken, and all the one’s NOT spoken, every tear, every hurt, every prayer (and every curse :-o )! He KNOWS YOU, Lindsay — and He loves you very much. But His Plan involves so much more than just ourselves — it includes your family, your TRUE friends, and your other “friends” (fiends?!); people you have known and loved, people you haven’t even met yet. Each day is a marvelous gift to be unwrapped and enjoyed. Even the difficult days — because in those we learn to appreciate that we ever even have one good day. Some people have very few, yet they live with grateful hearts towards Him — knowing that at the end, there will be ONE REALLY BEAUTIFUL DAY that will NEVER end — with HIM FOREVER! That can make up for an awful lot of bad days (ALL of them , actually), in case you weren’t aware.

  Lindsay — I have been “talking” with you since January on this post and others. What first drew me to you was that horrendous bludgeoning you received when you sent your “Be Adequite” condolences to the Altman family. I could not believe what a crushing, crucifying response you received. I sensed your deep personal loss of a good friend and ‘father’ — I understood that what you said came from deep within your heart. My heart broke with yours, and I stood in total helpless shock see your heart get trampled under by the media swine. Even today, Lindsay I feel that pain, and have to say again, I am so sorry that happened. If I could have ever done anything, it would have been to shield you from that.

  For awhile in January — just before your first “rehab” — there was a “Be Adequite” blog that I thought may have been yours — I left you a few posts there. I sensed you understood that you needed to take time, to be in a quiet place (you even said so). Yes, Lindsay – you were so right — you very much needed to do that. But you never really got a chance to do that, did you? Too many films in the making, too much pressure, just TOO MUCH . . . ! It has been my prayer for you ever since that day that you would find that quiet place — alone, with HIM (therefore, not really alone).

  You were right — even the other-than-godly understand and value the importance of being able to get to a quiet place to get away from all the “noise”. Talking with Him also takes getting to a quiet place, and listening for HIS answer — not just the answer we asked for. BUT — a quiet place can become a pretty “scary” place — especially when we don’t have His Presence there with us. All of a sudden there are too many “voices” yelling at us, from inside our head, and our heart panics, and we run – RUN to the nearest — anything — to make it stop. So I understand when you say that you like to keep busy – there are many people who have that same need (I certainly used to). But Lindsay — we can’t run for ever, and He doesn’t want us too — especially not away from Him. He never intended for you to live your life alone — without Him. There is only one way you need to run now, Lindsay, and that is straight into His Loving Arms.

  So I continue to pray, and hope that by now you may have found that quiet place — not lonely — just quiet, with His Presence, and the presence of His people, who love you with His Love. Some of those people are right here and have been reaching out to you the whole time — and we will continue to do so. Trust me, you will have MANY thoughts — we all do; but your thoughts can not harm you, so don’t be afraid — in fact, after a while, some of the scariest thoughts start being outright hilarious — especially when you KNOW that you are loved and kept by your Loving Heavenly Father. But we’ll get to those later.

  By the way — although I think you spelled it “adequite” I thought you meant it to be “adequiet”– I actually like that word . . . :-)

  But — to use your own words, Lindsay, in a way, He is MORE than “adequiet” – so that we can be “adequiet”– in His Love.

  So yes, Lindsay, in Jesus’ Love – Be Adequiet”

  ssssshhhhhh … just be still . . . and know — He is God — and He loves you — right where you are — just like you are — forever.

  the song black hole is so awesome..and i read somewhere tt clive davis gave kelly calrkson tis song and ask her to do a cover of it which she blatantly insulted..so anyway dey said it’s kavis sumthing wrote d song like most of d tracks..

  i dun tink it’s true i tink lindsay wrote it but i couldnt find the credits…

  flawless, lucky betch. give her time people. i had to go to rehab twice as well. even with legal problems on me. Last year i was 21 and i thought i was invinsible and i am not even a celebrity. think about how much the media gives her a cape that labels her as supergirl. i think she finally got it, and she better keep doing movies.

  the song ‘black hole’ was written by kara dioguardi,listed on credits on Lindsays second album,A Little More Personal(Raw),a pretty good album,btw.kara has written songs for miss Lindsay on both albums,and Lindsay has thanked her on credit sheets of both albums.peace
