Lindsay Lohan Italy Airport
Here are some pictures from earlier in the week when Lindsay Lohan arrived to Italy to attend Milan Fashion Week. I am not sure who the guy is other than that he met Lindsay at the airport along with a driver. I don’t think we’ve seen him in photos since then.
