Lindsay Lohan injured in car crash – DUI suspect

According to CNN and X17, Lindsay Lohan was cited for suspicion of DUI (driving under the influence). i.e., Lindsay Lohan was drinking and driving. She is under suspicion because of an accident on Friday night.
Lindsay Lohan’s Friday night timeline:
- Midnight – Les Deux nightclub in her black GMC SUV, driven by her bodyguard Jaz
- 3:00am – Lindsay Lohan leaves Les Deux for a private house party in Hollywood
- 4:00am – Lindsay Lohan leaves the party to go to Skybar at the Mondrian Hotel
- 5:00am – Lindsay Lohan returns to her condo, driven by Jaz, to pick up her own car, a black Mercedes SL 65 convertible
- 5:15am – Lindsay Lohan goes over a curb on Sunset Boulevard and runs into some trees (a few blocks from her house)
- 5:25am – Lindsay flees the scene of the accident and goes to hospital for minor injuries related to the crash
- 5:30am – Beverly Hills Sheriff’s Department gets a call about the accident
- Lindsay Lohan cited for DUI
- 6:30am – Lindsay Lohan’s car is towed

Lindsay Lohan will have to appear in court about the DUI citation. Witnesses said Lindsay Lohan is lucky to walk away from the injury – if she had hit the curb a few feet from where she did, she would have sustained much more grave injuries.

Second, YOU HAVE TO QUIT THE PARTYING LIFESTYLE. Seriously, it sucks that you’re not sober anymore. (P.S. I read in TMZ that they found coke in the scene). And it sucks even more that you’re falling apart and losing it and using drugs.

And as for those two “friends” (so-called), I think I’m gonna place half of the blame on them. If they really care about you, Lindsay, they won’t let you party from morning to morning and let you drive your expensive car under the influence of alcohol and MOST OF ALL, use drugs.

REGARDING THE PARTYING LIFESTYLE: Lindsay, other stars work as hard as you do (if not more) but they don’t party as hardcore as you do. We know you need to work and play at the same time but, seriously now, if all of the play is causing you health troubles… stop.
I am worried about the drinking and using drugs thing the most. And also worried about the not sleeping thing. All of the effects of the alcohol, drugs and the partying will come back in a few years.
I can’t see anyone actually being surprised about this. It was bound to happen.
i agree, it was sooner or later. that whole cocaine bit would really prove to be sadly ironic if true, considering other recent rumors regarding lindsay and the drug. as for what elizabeth was stating, she’s right. linds obviously can’t keep up with this lifestyle, sober or not. i think like some of her peers, she will have to hit rock bottom before she cleans up her act for good. and i think she is going to have to understand that means saying goodbye to going out every single night. she claims she wants to be taken seriously as an actress, but no director will put up with this behavior and no audience will see past her party girl ways on the big screen. i love linds, but you are digging yourself a big whole.

A lot of things are happening to her. It makes me wanna go back to the cocaine reports. Maybe, the “friend” really showed the video to make her quit the bad lifestyle. I mean because it would have made her feel ashamed of herself using cocaine so then she would stop, but sad to say, things went to the wrong direction to Linds. Now all the Lindsay bashers in the Net are making fun of this DUI arrest.

If I get nailed with a DWI and coke, I go to jail. Probably three to six months on a first offense. She should be charged with underage drinking, driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident, and posession of a controlled substance (coke is one of the most serious drugs you can be busted with). I am no expert on California law, but these offenses are standard in every state. If I would have to do time for these serious offenses, she should do time. Her money will buy here out of this one. What will she get? A DWI charge and probation. One of her friends will most likely take the coke charge (wouldn’t you for some cash from the “lohan payroll”). She has a substance abuse issue, and so do millions of americans. I do not feel sorry lindsay. She should take personal responsibility for her actions and accept the consequences. I don’t think she needs help. She is a young adult experimenting with booze and drugs. She is not much different than a lot of people in her generation, except she has a substantial amount of money and is in the public limelight. We all need wake up calls at some point, and this should be hers. She won’t quit drinking and she won’t quit blow, but she will be a lot smarter about where she does it. If I had millions, I wouldn’t drive around messed up and I would do my drugs in my multi-million dollar home.

Ive been saying to friends for 3 years now how can she go out to all these clubs and bars and drink when she was under age.Never a peep about it every time she gets in trouble nothing about under age drinking .If she were a non celeberty clubs would get closed down or an adult charged with serving a minor if it were at a private party.Why does the police and media never treat her like the pice of S#it she is?

Lindsay has several challenges, but only one will get her attention. Cut off the cash flow. For example, Disney is a family-oriented brand. Ms. Lohan has made the bulk of her money from Disney. Unlike Paris Hilton, Lindsay has worked for her money and taking it away might be the thing that get her attention or maybe not.
Let’s take it one step further: apply her behavior to an NFL football player or NBA baller. David Stern would BAN them and prevent them from earning a living. Therefore, parents need to be the David Stern for their children. Then and ONLY then will Ms. Lohan get the message and fully understand.
