It looks like Lindsay’s friend Patrick is with her. The friends were spotted being stopped by a fan, it looks like, to chat briefly. The video shows Lindsay making a purchase in a boutique, as well as walking on the streets. It seemed like she was yelling at the paparazzi for following her as well.
