Continued from the previous post on this shoot, Lindsay Lohan spent a couple of days in the Hollywood Hills for a big photoshoot. She was seen to change her outfit many times during the day, and to take many phone calls. One of the phone calls was seen to upset her, but she kept her composure pretty well:

Lindsay,if you ever feel like quitting smoking,and i’m not preaching,just a little loving advice/experience from a HUGE fan,don’t go cold turkey,it doesn’t work,but decrease the number of smokes over time,find something to occupy your hands instead of cigs,and keep trying the gum,forget the patches. peace
