i love these photos,but i saw another photo of this set on some other site,that was funny and somewhat erotic,in that it showed catwoman giving Lindsay the eye,you know,sexytime,and even wonderwoman was getting in on the act.so funny,and yet,oddly enticing.anyway,it truly warms my so-tired-of-2007 heart,to this immensely talented and beautiful woman back on the job,doing what she does best,acting,singing,modeling,anything she puts her mind and considerable gifts to.go,Lindsay,go!!!

Elizabeth…Lindsay still has a lot of hardcore fans like myself and mostly everyone that visits this fabuLLous fansite,but as you requested an honest,unbiased opinion,i would have to say that she lost most of the fans from the 2003-04 era,you know,Freaky Friday to Herbie years.i’ll tell you why.the parents don’t want her as a ‘role model’ for their kids,so they stopped after Herbie,as you can see from the miserable box office of Just My Luck,a really cute movie that i liked,but both times i saw it in the theater,there was hardly anyone there.her 2007 movies were both rated R,so,of course,that limits the younger fans that are left.in my opinion,Lindsays change to blonde since mar07 has left a sour taste in some fans mouths,and,of course,the trashloid insanity,legal problems,and her out of control personal life have further alienated other fans.but the main reason that Lindsay is so negatively viewed is that pretty much everybody gets their ‘info’ on her off the internet,and there is just no way in hell that she will ever get a fair shake from anyone on the net,because that is what the internet is for,smearing and lying about someone,ruining any positivity that the person is trying to do,photoshopping and showing pics out of context,and just generally destroying said persons self and public image.lets say that Lindsay IS 110% sober(which i believe),turning her life around,taking the necessary steps to become insurable,paying her debt to society,and trying to get back her 2004 image and reputation,the problem is that the trashloid media and smearNET will NEVER tell you that,because it isn’t drama and doesn’t sell trashmags and get hits on that fat slob perezholes evil celeb-bash hatesite,nuff said.anyway,Lindsay still has a lot of fans,but,unfortunately,not enough to keep her a profitable boxoffice leading star,and we gotta face it,the only reason movies are made,is to make a profit for the investors,and my favorite movie star,the incomparable miss Lindsay Lohan,is still a liability and profit risk,but i sincerely hope that that changes in 2008.go,Lindsay,go!!!love you no matter what,miss Lohan.peace,love,Merry Christmas

Elizabeth…just an afterthought to my above comment.i just want to say that i don’t judge her for anything she has done,or bad choices,as i myself have been way down that road,and still struggle to this day.i sincerely wish her the best in her day-to-day fight against her demons,and that she gets back on track,career-wise and in her personal life.there are only two things that she has done that have really puzzled or irked me.one,her association with that soul-sucking,empty-headed,evil parisite hilton,which i believe had a pretty big hand in her personal downfall.two,Lindsay skipped out on the european Herbie press tour,possibly costing Disney foreign boxoffice profits and lost promotion revenue,and as a professional,you NEVER bite the hand that feeds you,or burn your bridges with Disney,as they either own or have a controlling interest in a lot of hollywood studios and production houses.obviously,Lindsay had a reason for skipping out,but sometimes you have to bend to the will and wishes of your employer,and Disney did have a huge hand in putting miss Lohan on the map,and they were not a bad employer,as Disney gave Lindsay a one million dollar bonus,when Freaky Friday went over one hundred million dollars at the boxoffice in 2003.i honestly believe that Lindsay can recover from her professional and personal mistakes,and come back big,but she will have to get back to what made the fans go to her movies in the first place,the unique redhead who always had realistic,sympathetic,and lively characters onscreen,and who was so approachable,girl-next-door beautiful,and mysterious offscreen.unfortunately,the smearNET and the incessant stalkerazzis have destroyed much of her mystery and image/aura.mystery was a huge factor in the screen icons of old hollywood,back when movie fans wanted their idol/star to be up on a pedastel,not like today,where the stupid public wants their star ‘to be just like us’.i hate that crap in magazines where they show pics of celebrities buying toilet paper or something,and say ’stars,they’re just like us”,kinda completely destroys the illusion of fame,film,idols,the larger-than-life thing.guess i was born in the wrong generation.oh,well…

As a writer i research a lot and Lindsays fan base is absolutley huge. Its the biggest i have ever seen for any actress/performer in recent times.And what is fantastic about her true fans is how they support and stick by her.
This site is a fantastic example of that, and the wonderful fans she has. Lindsay changed my life for the better inspiring me to pick up the pen and write again, as a result i have written the best work of my life. Lindsay inspires me because of her talent and the really bad times she has had to go through.
The problem is people are taken in by the rubbish headlines, rumours, and showbiz websites which as the last entry points out will never ever give Lindsay a fair roll of the dice. What amazes me is how people are taken in by it all and they never take the time to think about the situation fully and the lack of privacy Lindsay has.
I have said this before but if you were Lindsay and from been a young teen to an adult you were followed , photographed, and had no privacy 95% of the time how would you react.I know if it was me i would go over the edge sometimes.
Lets focus on how talented Lindsay is and how she is the best at what she does, and if people want someone to judge they should face the direction of the stalking media who in my opinion are the ones who should be paying their debt to society.
Lets not forget Lindsay has worked extremley hard from a young age, her talent has brought happiness to millions all over the world,and will continue to do so for years to come. She will be back stronger than ever im sure in the near future.She is the best.

She is getting a HUGE Income off of the Residuals, so Her Fan Base, must still be pretty expansive. and a LOT of those Sales are in forign markets too. So in spite of the trashloid media Lindsay has a really GOOD European market !!

while i wait impatiently for her next cd,the next cover of some magazine or a photoshoot,or to see that she has successfully wrapped the shoot for the indie movie,’dare to love me’,Lindsay will not have a big comeback until she has a huge hit commercial movie like Freaky Friday or Mean Girls,a mass appeal mainstream comedy or comedy/drama that gets audiences to forget her troubles,and sees that irresistable and immensely talented redhead that wowed audiences and fans in her breakout years.that Lindsay is still here,she never left,it’s just that her tumaltuous personal life far overshadowed her talents,and unfortunately,the insatiable negative gossip loving public buys into trashloid drama,instead of seeing the persons talent and contributions.
somewhere in hollywood,there is a script with Lindsays name attached to it,awaiting a director and some money men willing to take a chance on the best actress of our generation…

aaaaaaaaaaah….. the car pics… the freckles… the smile & the “model” pose. what a 60’s vixen.
I’m not sure what to think of this set. Granted, these are candids and not the actual pictures, but even so. The super heroes should appeal to a nerd like me, but I’ve been turning my back all things nerdy lately. But she does look danged good.
Elizabeth, You had asked Dave, but I think Lindsay has a fairly loyal fan base because many people recognize that she has talent. I noticed it when I accidentally saw Freaky Friday. I was very impressed and have been keeping tabs on what she does because I believe she is one to watch for.
A lot of things happened to Lindsay this past year, and a lot of it not so good, for a number of reasons. But the arrests, stints in rehab and poor box office of Georgia Rule and I Know Who Killed Me have sort of lessened her in the mind of the general public, but the general public is nothing if not fickle, being made of a whole lot of people and all.
Part of why she’s been struggling professionally is that she has been moving away from the family fare she had been doing for Disney and Mean Girls. Transitions like that are not easy and missteps are just a fact of life.
Of the two film she starred in this year, Georgia Rule is probably the most disappointing because it had the potential to be a big success. The main problem is that it was two very different films that were squashed together and they did not work well together.
It’s too bad because it contains a recent example of Lindsay’s acting ability. In the boat scene with that guy from Eragon, there is a segment where the camera stays focused on Lindsay’s face while she takes her character through a series of emotions. It lasts about fifteen seconds and she didn’t really have anything to work off of except her own skill. Will Smith had lamented how difficult it is to act against a ping pong ball on a stick in the Men In Black movies. Lindsay didn’t even have a ping pong ball here. It’s just her. It makes me wish Gary Marshall had done a better job with the movie as a whole so people could see the talent at work.
As for Lindsay making a comeback, I think she will when she is ready. After a rough year, it may be a good idea to sit back a bit. Do smaller projects like her next album, and take supporting roles in films to keep her name out there and rebuild her reputation as an actress and professional. With the writer’s strike going on, and an actor’s and director’s guild strike a possibility, now would not be a horrible time to go to school, as had been rumored. I would suggest taking some writing classes so she can judge her scripts a little better in the future.
But, I’m confident she’ll come back when she’s ready to. And when she does, it will be strong.
Maybe they could remake Zardoz. She’d make a killer Mae.
AGGHHHHHHHHH Opie NO !! Not ZARDOZ !! There was a WHOLE lot of total frontal, backal, and side-al nudity, blatent rape and orgy scenes in it. Other than that it was an OK premise for a film, but boy was it violent, with lots of gratuitous violence. wholesale slaughter, reasonless agression, no wait thats a modern football game isn’t it ?? But I do agree with everything else you have said. I however perversely LIKED Georgia Rule, inspite of it starring controversial ” Hanoi Jane ” who if the WAR in Vietnam, had been an actual declared war, would have put her in an altogether different ” role ” that of ” Traitor “, that aside, I try to remember that she once played in ” Barbarella Queen of the Galaxy “, that I like to remember, and not the later years of becoming a womans leftist activist over the edge etc. However they had very few other stars that could have pulled off that role of ” Georgia ” so convincingly. A truly good foil to Lindsay’s ” Rachel ” charecter. Perhaps it is a sleeper, that will really get going good once it reaches free broadcast T.V., as opposed to pay-per-view, sattelite and cable t.v. Enough people will probably watch it then to see what they missed, and just maybe with the current political climate, it will do some good; in causing more abused children to come forward, so we can get this blight really done something about. Hmmmmnnn ! But now I am completely off track, where was I oh yes, I agree with you strongly that Lindsay should take some time off and go to SCHOOL, like a College or University somewhere, well well well what do you know, we just happen to have a consortium of colleges right HERE in beautiful O.R. Tn. we have Roane St. with several local campuses, and one VERRRRRY good Astronomy facility, that I was also instrumental in getting to be built ( I played an active but quiet role in that !!) Tamke Allen Observatory, wher I spend a good deal of time….Lindsay are you interested in Astronomy ? We could share lots of time learning that one ….We Have Pellisippi St. and of course Big Orange itself, the University of Tennessee, the Famous Knoxville Campus, with 30,000 students anually in the fall, So big it’s like a small city of it’s own in a city. ( Iwent there, but did not graduate, many years ago…) You won’t get bored, we have lots of Shopping, and Recreation, some of the Finest Sports Teams available anywhere in the World, World class Theatre, and Stage productions. Knoxville Symphony Orchestra etc. etc. and then I could get to have that date I so much want.
