Lindsay Lohan goes to JAIL for 84 minutes

Lindsay Lohan has now served her court-appointed jail time!!
At 10:30 am this morning, Lindsay Lohan checked into the Lynwood Jail with her laywer, Blair Burke. She was booked (see photo below) and processed and checked out again at 11:54 am.
According to Access Hollywood, Lindsay Lohan was strip searched as part of her processing!
Lindsay was in the system for a total of 84 minutes, 2 minutes longer than Nicole Richie.

Lindsay Lohan did not see the incide of a jail cell, merely the holding area.
The jail source says that Lohan was "extremely co-operative and professional." This 84-minute lockdown has fulfilled the jail time part of her DUI conviction, but she will still be required to complete community service.

I must comment that the Booking Photo, does not do her justice, I saw a photo of her on the TMZ web site, in what looked like casual casual, TMZ said pj’s but who Knows ?? with no makeup on, this woman is Truly Beautiful, and does not NEED makeup, natural Beauty, any wonder why I love Her, along with about 100 million other guy’s ?? Yes there is only ONE Lindsay D Lohan, and She is ALL Woman.

i am sick and tired of all you goody two-shoes who say she got special treatment by not doing the full 24 hours.that’s a load of horse puckey-i got news for all you imbecilles that get all your news and info from the smearNET,NON-VIOLENT NON-THREE STRIKES OFFENDERS DO NOT SERVE THE FULL SENTENCE MOST OF THE TIME!!! i was supposed to serve 48 hours for my two duis/no insurance/illegal euipment but i only served 4 hours in 1998,and i am no celebrity,get over yourselves,you judgemental hypocrites.why don’t you people be positive and wish her well in getting a handle on her demons,as she IS going to AA meetings,doing community service,and turning her life around.what is wrong with you people???give the lady a break for once,as the smearNET,trashloid media,and haters rip her a new one,every day of her life.live and let live.

This may be what she was crying about when she went to see her lawyer a week or two ago.
I don’t like that picture. Being a mugshot, I guess it’s not supposed to be attractive, but that doesn’t really look like her. The nose looks a bit beaky with the lighting.Also I notice her her right eye looks bigger than her left. I think I saw this in some of her better pics, it’s just really noticable here.

Yes to ALL of you, I agree with everything you others have said, the real sentence is the 3 YEARS Lindsay will have to stay out of trouble. I read the Article on No Access to Hollywouldn’t, Arieanna, and I am puzzeled byt the reference to strip searching, I thought that was for violent offenders, not generally applied to anyone who is arrested, did they make that up for sensationalism ?? I can say that I am not happy about that if it was true. I can Also say that if I had been dating her at the time, I would have sat RIGHT there in the Jail Waiting area, just to be there for Her, if She needed me, Just to let Her know She was not alone. Lindsay, Just so’s You Know, some of us REALLY care about You. Like ME.

I think I want to add one more comment on this subject, It takes GREAT Courage to go and face something like that, even WITH a Lawyer, She turned Herself in, with no need for the Sheriff to have to go get Her, unlike someone else we have heard about, ( Several someones lately in fact ) And She faced it virtually ALONE, with just her Lawyer Present, I don’t hear anything in any of the media, about any of Her Family being with Her, or Riley G. Of course She may have not WA NT ED Riley G. with Her, we may never know, But Surely Her Family would have been normal, At least her MOM Manager, Should have been there. Unless Lindsay was afraid it would turn into a media circus if Dina was present too. not enough Info. Hey Michael Lohan, if it was really you, How about filling us in on the Details, why didn’t Lindsay have any Family Members with Her when She went into the Jail, to serve Her Time ?? If I could have been there for her, I WOULD HAVE !!

I am so happy Lindsay is doing so great, and I think she has handled her public life post rehab just great, but I must say that these odd prison sentences just confuse me.
To me it seems like a joke on the justice system -community service is a great punishment for these people, but 84 minutes is just ridiculous really, and Paris’ in-and-out of jail card, Nicole Richie’s jail experience I mean why waste jailtime on such things when it is only for such a short time? I mean it’s not like I actually think that these ladies deserve no less than some sort of punishment but 84 minutes – give me a break. And keep in mind, I am not attacking Lindsay here, I am just confused about these odd sentences from (weird) judges.
It’s not like you learn what jail is like when you are there for 84 minutes. If you need to put someone in jail – famous or not – it should be for a little longer.
But I am glad that Lindsay has not been put away because I cannot wait for her next movie or cd.

it’s still up to the judge to see if she passes probation without a hitch. Personally, i think she’ll do something (but money buys a ticket out of jail anyway…heheh) & maybe get locked up again.
