As the face of Fornarina for the Spring 2009 campaign, Lindsay Lohan is being featured in large-scale ads all over Milan. For example, here’s a Fornarina ad in the window of the Rinascente department store:

I wish they’d put up those pictures in more places. Not everyone lives in Milan… or even in Italy
