Lindsay Lohan was spotted leaving Restaurant Dolce in Hollywood on November 3rd. Loving the boots and dress. Not quite sure on the socks, but Lindsay can pull of just about anything:

I sold Shoes and Boots, handbags, and scarves, stockings, and nick-nacks, AND Boot Socks, when I worked for three years at Butlers Shoes, as a Shoe Store Manager, Yes I did the Al Bundy thing, but without the wife and kids. Boot Socks will keep high and low profile boots from rubing and wearing on your legs and feet. Not just good fashion, good for your feet, and good common sense. They also add an extra layer of cushion on the hard soles of a boot, especially if you dance all day, and have sore feet therefrom.
