Lindsay Lohan Confirms Relationship with Samantha Ronson

Lindsay Lohan may have finally confirmed her relationship with Samantha Ronson.
Samantha Ronson called in to radio show “Loveline” to talk about the plane crash involving friends DJ-AM and Travis Barker. It was a great interview, aside from elements relating to Lindsay. As Samantha headed back to DJing, she puts her “lady friend” on the line – Lindsay Lohan.
Lindsay Lohan then talked on the show for a bit about the crash. While on the air, the subject turned to romance. The host of the show, Stryker, asked Lindsay how long she’d been dating Samantha Ronson.
Although Lindsay laughed at the question, after a pause she said “A long…. a very long time.” The host congratulated Lindsay and hopes they’ll stay together, that they’re a good looking couple. Lindsay said, to that, “Thank you very much.”

CONGRATULATIONS! It is official and they seem VERY happy! Good on them! Stryker did force the response though hehehe she wasn’t completely comfortable answering the question. Stryker btw is the DJ on the Ellen Show.

I am glad that Lindsay confirmed her and Samantha’s relationship even though she really didn’t have to because it is apparent in what’s been going on for several months. I think that the recent plane crash, plane crash causalities, and the injured didn’t force her to answer the question, but I think that she is comfortable where now she doesn’t have to hide it. I do think in the recent events have made her realize that life is short…which she decided to answer his question. Besides that, they’ve been acting like a couple for a months now.
Good wishes to them. I like Samantha, too. There are many people who want to hate on her, and there is no reason, too. I read her MySpace blogs, and she is one upstanding character. She walks to the beat of her own drum; she is 100% a class act all the way.
I know that many of you are going to be mad at me for saying this but… she didn´t say “Yes, I’m dating Samantha, she´s my girlfriend”.
For your information, I like LL, I love that she’s happy now, I don´t care if she wants a boy or a girl as her significant other. I’m just glad that she has found some peace in her life.
The man asked her “how long have you been together”? What do you think that means? Don’t act naive Charlie, she has been dating Samantha for over a year now.

I respectfully disagree with you. The way that the Stryker phrase the question…how long they’ve been going on…that was a couple’s question. Then, Lindsay admitted casually that she and Samanatha has woken up together. This definitely let wandering minds rest in peace because, to me, that means that they sleep together. Come on, when you put that together and the way that they’ve been acting for the past several months, they are a couple. It’s just that Lindsay, for the first time, has reference them as such. It isn’t like Lindsay tried to keep it private private. When you’re in love like Lindsay and Samantha, you’re not going to hide forever your actions, but you don’t have to necessarily shout out to the world your relationship, either. Lindsay is a well-known celebrity–and more sensationalized for her private life than her career because of some of the past mistakes that she has made. I think that Lindsay never opened up her relationship because she didn’t want the media/paps making a circus out of it. Look at most celebrities and how their relationships have ended. I am sure that “irreconcible differences” as in the media sensationalizing their relationship wasn’t the only thing that broke those couples up, but I am sure that it was one of the majority factors.
Look at Jay-Z and Beyonce. I think that Jay-Z even had went on record stating (I am paraphrasing here) that he doesn’t play with his and Beyonce’s relationship–meaning that he doesn’t talk about their relationship because it is private. Once a spotlight couple starts talking about their relationship in the media, it no longer is their relationship—they no longer have control over it—the media does. Once the media starts interfering and being in your private relationship, there is nothing enjoyable about it anymore because you are battling the media showcasing something very intimate and private.
Bottom line: I suspect that Lindsay hasn’t been talking about her relationship or making public official statements about it because she isn’t stupid; she knows that sensationalizing your own relationship can cause your relationship to end quickly. Lindsay’s problems/situations have been out in the open so long I think that she wants something to call her own. I don’t think that she wants others to claim her relationship.
I am genuinely happy that Samantha and Lindsay are together. Samantha confirms for Lindsay that there is someone out there who can compliment her and love her unconditionally, and that’s what love is about. If other people don’t accept, it is their problem; it is certainly not Lindsay’s or Samantha’s problem.

Exacrly.I also believe Samantha doesnt use Lindsay and thats why probabkly they keep it private and as low key as they can.She is more mature and she knows many bad moves can hurt Lindsays career.

i love that Lindsay is so subtle and coy in more or less confirming their relationship,as that leaves some mystery in her public persona,something that she needs more of,in light of the past years of the trashloid media putting her whole life on display. i am a huge fan of her movies,music,modeling,talents,etc,and any peace and happiness in her personal life can only have a positive effect on her career. it is clearly obvious that samantha has a profound effect on her,and i happy that Lindsay smiles from ear to ear,and has looked positively ravishing and radiant in 2008,and that her career is on the rebound.
