Lindsay Lohan checks herself into REHAB
Lindsay Lohan has confirmed, via her rep, that she has checked herself into Rehab.
In a statement issued through her rep, Leslie Sloane Zelnik, Lindsay says "I have made a proactive decision to take care of my personal health. I appreciate your well wishes and ask that you please respect my privacy at this time."
Lindsay’s mom, Dina, revealed last month that Lindsay had been attending AA meetings.
It’s been a tumultuous few weeks for the "Mean Girls" star. Just two weeks ago, 20-year-old Lindsay underwent an operation to remove her appendix.
UPDATE:
Us Weekly reports that Lohan entered the posh Wonderland Center in Los Angeles at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, arriving in a sports utility vehicle and clutching a Jamba Juice.
With a mom more interested in partying than taking care of her daughter, I’m not surprised Lindsay needs help.

Re: Jon Stewart was interviewing Robin Penn Wright on The Daily Show last night. He picked that moment to appeal to the lowest common denominator by picking on the already down & out, 2nd most hated Hollywood celeb, by saying he wants to see less of Lindsay in the movies & more of Robin. [Cue loud crowd applause.]
My favorite newscaster thus then received his 1st raised middle finger of fate award from me.

Note there are no male celebrities considered for this possible bloodbath. Guys are somehow undeserving of a death wish-on & a full-on hazing of hate, for that is reserved solely for the fairer sex… as in it’s only more fair & thus more accepted to treat a woman as less than a man. THIS from the same paper that just the week before shook up the season to be jolly with the bold and sharp front page story of 2006 as “The Year Women Got Beat Up.” Like EVERY year isn’t so. Looks like 2007 isn’t going to get any better.
Paris and Lindsay were declared this past fall in the media as the # 1 and # 2, in that order, most hated celebrities in Hollywood. So what does the Phoenix do: jump on the cliched, misogynist, beat-down bandwagon. Me, the more these women are hated-on, the more I look for love for them….”
…So Mike went down to the rehab and found cinder Lindsay; and when she saw her golden stiletto, she took it from him & put it on her foot, which it fitted exactly; and then she took the other golden shoe from underneath the cinders where she had hidden it & put that on too.
Some cut their heel, and some cut their toe, But she sat by the fire who could wear the shoe.
And so she let Mike Burns stand next to her fire & they lived happy ever afterwards.

I am very proud of her. I love her so much. She is my hero, inspiration, favorite actress and singer, she my love and whole my life. I am very happy, that she has choosen a right decision. I support her. You know, i live with her :)
