Lindsay Lohan Capri Island Candids
The paparazzi were ready for Lindsay Lohan’s arrival to Capri Island, where she will be honored tomorrow at the Film Festival.

Lindsay Lohan started off her trip with some shopping - Prada - and was escorted about town by Pascal Vicedomini, the organizer of the Capri Hollywood Film Festival. She was introduced to Lina Wertmuller, an Italian director.
I hope this event has a red carpet!! Finally, Lindsay back in glam mode!

I know this sounds odd but Lina Wurtmuller looks like Lindsay’s grandmother. PErhaps because they’re both Italian?

Lindsay is part Italian, yes. Also part Irish (duh). A lot of I’s in her heritage.

Lindsaysfriend…finally a comment where you praise her for her talent,very nice.i think you are saying that the american public would rather believe all the smearNET and trashloid media lies and negativity,than give this immensely talented young lady her just due as a contributer to the performing arts,to which i quite agree with you.the Italians see her for her talent,beauty,charisma,engaging personality,screen presence,and all around unique persona,and they see beyond the jealousy,lies,and trash of the haters and wannabes,bravo,Italy and the Capri Film Festival,finally some positivity from the world of cinema,and i still ‘dare to love’ this beautiful performer.

dave — yes — that’s what I’m saying — the amount of time, energy and resources spent in America on covering Lindsays’ TRUE talent is miniscule compared to that spent on trashing her!! As a performer Lindsay is a national treasure that this country scarcely deserves — much less recognizes — given the way she has been treated!!!
dave — I know I tend to address Lindsay here more along the lines of concern for her personal welfare, health and happiness — I would hope that you understood that, for me, 1. her talent has always been a “given” and 2. there are those in much better position to assess and praise her talent — for which Lindsay can be truly appreciative — than any appraisal such as I may make here — so I have not ventured far into that arena — again, my primary hope being to support Lindsay as a person — human being, created and Loved by my Loving Heavenly Father, no matter what her present status as a celebrity.
