Here is a new video segment of Lindsay Lohan taken by TMZ. The video is of Lindsay Lohan’s bodyguard getting a little gruff with the paparazzi (good!) for being, well, annoying. The video was taken as Lindsay left the salon and went to the Paper Magazine luncheon.

I feel bad for Lindsay. When I read about her and other celebrities having to deal with the paps on them every second of the day, it makes me realize that is not the kind of attention I would want day in and day out.
God, she can’t even go somewhere and have any privacy without cameras and recorders tracking and recording her every move! I know that she gets tired of it despite she quoted in one magazine saying that it comes with the territory. Of course, if she expresses how she truly feels about the paps following her around, they would quote it and make her look worse.
So, it is a Catch 22 situation. Just so messed up, IMO.
They are so stupid and lame….What kind of a (joke)question is that…Hey Lindsay has been so nice with you’re A**es so why don’t you stop beeing annoying…This is what you get from beeing nice to the paps….Love always the unique girl who has my heart Lindsay Lohan…peace
– the paps are sick, parasitic bottom-feeders who depend on every scrap they can steal from Lindsay and others for their fecal existence.
They OBLIVIOUSLY (sp intentional) DO NOT CARE about Lindsay as a person (or anyone who gets in their way — including each other — you can hear them cursing each other on some of the videos). They only see Lindsay as a source for their feeding frenzies …

I totally agree with you. I equate the paparazzi with parasites. They loved to follow celebrities and snap pictures of them so they can get paid for it.
I understand that it comes with the territory when you are a high profile celebrity or figure, yet, if it was me, I would get the hell out of LA. Lohan can’t even grab a drink and have a peaceful night without the paparazzi snapping pictures of her and her friends/assistant strolling to return to their car.
For me, it is too much stress. Lohan’s life is basically unofficial “reality television” because the paparazzi doesn’t miss a step when they film her or snap pictures of her.
They are making money snapping pictures of someone else’s life, and I never heard Lohan give them official permission to do it. The majority of celebrities don’t like it.
I think that paparazzi are losers for what they do. Snapping pictures–to me, that’s not really doing anything significant or important in the world.
To me, it is even more Insidious than just Intrusion, as the above commnetor pointed out, the Popping-Ratzi’s are constantly photographing Lindsay, as a full time JOB, Yet She, Lindsay makes her MONEY/LIVING off of her Image, on Screen, Magazines, and Albums, so these popping-natzi’s are actually guilty of Infringment of Her right to make money off of HER Image, by selling same without Her consent, and getting paid for same, but Lindsay does not get any re-imbursement from THEM, like a 15 % cut /Gratuity, for all the ” Poses ” that She does for them. SAY THATS IT !!!!!!!! Technically, Legally, She is Posing for the Poparazzi !!!!! All she would have to do is to Hold Still, Smile, Look at the Cameras all around Her as if She is Posing for Modeling Shots of Poparazzi oportunities, and then get the names of all said photog’s, and SUE them all in court for Infringement of her Trademark, after all did She not pose for them ??? Then She is entitled to a ROYALTY percentage on all ( under score the word ALL in 128 point font ) Photographs that said alleged photographers take of her, RETRO-ACTIVELY to when they first started taking pictures of her, As they have undoubtedly spent all the money they have been paid for same, She could demand payment, and if they refuse, get a court order to confiscate all their cameras, photographic equipment ( which would include the computers they use or the darkroom equipment for the ones still doing film ) used to process and deliver same to the media buying said photographs, and in short shut them down, and put them out of operation !!!!!!! IT could be done ! and She would not need any new laws to do so. Would not need any other Stars, or Starlets to jump on the same bandwagon to help out either !!!!!!!!!!!!! Just enforcement of trademark laws, and infringment of right to earn a living with her signiture trademark, which is her Face, and Image !!!!!!!!!!! Think of the amount of M-O-N-E-Y that 15 % Standard Royalty would add up to, since 1998 ???? Hey Lindsay, why not discuss this with your attourney ? Might be a case there ?!?!
