Lindsay Lohan cancels birthday bash

Lindsay Lohan has announced the cancellation of her much anticipated and much criticized birthday bash at Pure in Las Vegas.
"Lindsay will not be having the birthday party at PURE and is focusing on her recovery 100 percent,” says Lohan’s rep.
A spokesperson for PURE nightclub released the following statement: "We support Lindsay and wish her the best as she is taking care of personal matters at this time. Due to the unique circumstances, as of this afternoon Lindsay’s birthday party at PURE Nightclub has been canceled. We think the world of her and look forward to working with her in the future."…
As source tells Us that PURE let Lohan out of their deal, even though she had been paid and signed a contract, because Lohan has agreed to make a future appearance.
Interesting, hey? The whole concept of getting paid to have a birthday party. Oh, to be a celebrity.
That aside, I’m glad Lindsay is focusing on her health. We wish you well Linds!

i read an article that said once Lindsay realized her movie and showbiz career was was on the line,it shocked her back to reality.i think this cancellation was the first real step in the struggle to salvage her once stirling reputation in the entertainment industry.i think,first and foremost,that Lindsay is an entertainer of the highest order,and that she realized her box office appeal was taking severe hits due to her disasterous off-screen life.i believe she knows that the career must come first and is taking steps to repair the damage.i am absolutely thrilled that she is making some visible changes and would like to wish her a happy 21st b’day,and many more as a hugely successful movie star,and as always,my favorite movie star and entertainment personality.best of health and happiness,one day at a time.peace

Just focus on getting better
This is WONDERFUL!!!! NEWS! I’m so glad she has decided not to go through with it! Otherwise she would probably end up looking just as bad — or WORSE! (if that could be possible) than she does in those really “unpleasant” — (and totally “unecessary”) pictures of her in the ” …ex-bodyguard dishes on her life” post — those pictures REALLY DISGUST ME! I hope they get removed someday … SOON! Who needs to be reminded of THAT!
