Lindsay Lohan being sued. Again.

Lindsay Lohan is facing yet another lawsuit, this time from Tracie Rice, the passenger in the car of Lindsay Lohan’s ex-assistant’s mother, Michele Peck, which Lindsay Lohan chased.
Tracie Rice originally filed the suit in August but has now added more claims. Rice is claiming medical bills, including a therapist, and for damages related to the loss of her job. These amount to $7000 and $60,000.
I find it hard to believe that this would cause her such ‘emotional drama’ to lose her job. Perhaps she has previous issues. Or is just milking the situation.

I think this is a “milking it” type of thing. The idea is to present a case that might lead to worse damages in court and then go for an negotiated settlement for a lot less. The question is does Lindsay really want to roll the dice with a jury? They may not be fans.
