Lindsay Lohan and mystery guy arrived together to Villa Lounge in West Hollywood this weekend. Lindsay wearing a glittery silver sweater and sexy black jeans, along with platform shoes and a chic Dolce & Gabbana bag. Lindsay, as we know, didn’t stay out too late. As soon as Paris Hilton arrived, she was out of there!
