Lindsay Lohan was spotted at one of her favorite spots to be pampered – the Neil George Salon. Lindsay went in to get her hair done again on April 9th. The first photo is of Lindsay leaving the salon, while the others are of her arriving there earlier.

Definitely extensions! But who doesn’t have extensions in Hollywood? I would get extensions too if I were an actress, singer, whatever.
