For the second time this week, Lindsay Lohan was spotted at a medical building on Wednesday night. After her business there was done, the paparazzi followed her to a friend’s house. She seemed rather frustrated with the paparazzi, as she has since she returned to LA.

Samantha looked absolutely unhappy too,all alone in the airport.I have a feeling they cant even stay one night without each other.

I agree Samantha looked miserable at the airport all alone…over at ‘TheseBootsAreMadeForStalking’ they say Samantha was unhappy and untalkative in Chicago, hopefully only cos Lindsay could not go at the last minute…hope the visit to the medical office was minor but also the reason.
Hope this isn’t a bad sign but….I notice Samantha’s relationship status on myspace is back to single….not sure when that occurred, but hope it doesn’t mean bad things.
Lindsay and Samantha are so good together, I hope they work through whatever issues they have and come out the other side even stronger than before.
Hope they spent as much of Thanksgiving together as a flight from Chicago allows, and that we see them out, happy and holding hands at the weekend.
