Lindsay Lohan ARRESTED
As an update to the reports out yesterday about Lindsay Lohan’s car crash and suspected DUI, Lindsay Lohan has been arrested!
Preliminary reports had indicated that Lindsay Lohan was let go to receive medical attention, but reports now confirm that she was indeed arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence - and investigators have found cocaine in the car! Lindsay Lohan was confronted by police at the hospital early Saturday morning, where she was then arrested, but had to be released so she could stay longer in the hospital.
The crash appears to have been the result of speeding - the suspicion is now that drugs and alcohol played a part.
Officers at the scene found a "usable amount" of a drug tentatively identified as cocaine, McCann said. He declined to say where the drug was found other than to say Lohan was not carrying it…
McCann declined to comment on Lohan’s blood-alcohol level. He said the case will be presented to the District Attorney’s Office where the actress could face more charges, including felonies. Her tentative arraignment date is Aug. 24. [Source]

- Lindsay Lohan’s father again goes to the media to plead for his daughter’s attention (don’t we love it when her parents take the spotlight during crises?) - Michael Lohan, who claims to now speak with Lindsay on the phone, has turned to the media to deliver his personal message to her not to follow his footsteps: "But I hope and pray my daughter learns from my mistakes. I don’t want her to end up where I did." [Entertainmentwise]
- Lindsay Lohan got into a fight prior to the accident. "We’re hearing that Lindsay was partying at Koi restauranteur Nick Hawk’s party house (where he hosts late-night after-parties) last night and that a fight broke out there — between who, we’re not sure. We hear that Lindsay left Hawk’s Mt. Olympus (Hollywood Hills) house in a huff and her bodyguard Jaz was left to clean up the mess inside as Lindsay waited in the car.
Then at 5 am, DJ Samantha Ronson left Lindsay’s place, walking up Doheny to Sunset and Lindsay went after her. Lindsay caught up with Samantha as she was in the median of the four-lane Sunset Blvd. and she tried to talk to Sam — they were screaming, obviously arguing, and Lindsay was heard by our photographer saying, "You f*cking lesbian bitch."" Lindsay is the one of the fakest celebs in Hollywood. She is always saying she’s not a party girl (we clearly see that’s not true) and that she’s not a bad driver (she always blames the paparrazzi) and thinks she’s the hottest sh*t around. Lindsay is not pretty in my eyes and the reason she’s known is because of her partying and driving not her career. Her mother needs to step in and teach her daughter some morals and lessons but she’s too busy spending her daughter’s money and her father is to busy getting into jail. Lindsay you always say you wanna be a role model to your younger sister, trust me Lohan you’re doing a great job. Somebody help this girl.

We can say that this is because of Hollywood, or of Lindsay’s bad negative influence (her so-called friends) but mainly it is HER fault.
It’s her fault and she should get a grip of herself. If she doesn’t do so even if this serves as a wakeup call, I don’t know what will.
You know, the coke video was supposedly her first wakeup call. Now, if this doesn’t shake her up, nothing will.

Lindsay is a lovely, charismatic and talented person. One of the greatest actresses of the current line-up of hollywood.
We should hope that is she´s only minor injured and somebody (none of her great Lohan family or her great friends) will bring her back on track.

I watched Lindsay struggle as a young girl to find herself, on the set of “The Parent Trap”. Her father was too busy evading the FBI, her mother was too busy sleeping around, and the producers, director, and other “responsible” adults just wanted to stay on budget, so were willing to indulge every whim of an 11-year old girl, just so they could “get the shot” and make the picture. Result? no discipline, no guidance, no structure, no framework…just another f***ed up Hollywood child star gone wrong…

I will not listen to any crap anyone says that the paparazzi or Hollywood is to blame. There are millions of people out there who are just as talented to be the next Lohan. She just won the lotto and got lucky. She is blowing it and the whole blame is on Lohan and her family.
If I had the opportunity to have a dream job making all that money, I would appreciate everyone who helped me get there and work my ass off to be a role model and show the world my appreciation.
