Lindsay Lohan Accosted on Set
What a mess! A man disguised as a paparazzi attempted to serve Lindsay Lohan with legal papers on the set of Labor Pains yesterday (See the photo here). The documents are believed to be for a suit involving Samantha Ronson.
Thankfully, Lindsay Lohan’s bodyguard came to the rescue. Lindsay refused to take the papers, letting them fall to the ground before walking onto the set. It’s not her lawsuit and she refused to take the papers. The bodyguard had to take the subpoena server’s arm to remove him.
E! is reporting that the legal papers were related to the ongoing Perez Hilton issues that Samantha Ronson is having. Ronson had sued Perez for defamation, and lost. Ronson is suing her attorney, Martin Garbus, for mishandling her case. Garbus may now be counter-suing.
It’s no wonder that Lindsay had Samantha come by the set after this upsetting morning!
