Lindsay gets a subpoena

While attending the Cinematheque party, Lindsay Lohan is served with a subpoena to appear in court to testify against her mom, Dina Lohan for violation of contract, fraud theft, and other violations. (small pics only so far)

She was so shocked, she dopped the papers then ran after the person who served them.

So bad. The timing was such a publicity stunt by who knows who!

    That is a pretty effective way of being charges with assault and arrested. The girl was just doing the job she was hired to do. You shouldn’t shoot the messenger.

    poor lindsay!!! i feel really bad for her.. her father drama, now its her mother.. but i dont understand why shes testifying AGAINST her mother.. i hope it all works out!

    A subpoena is a court order directing you to testify. If she refuses she will be charged with contempt.
