she looks great in these pics,always looks cute wearing hats.i think Lindsay is still feeling elated after her reunion with her estranged dad and that is why she looks somewhat happy in these pics.i like the last shot,where she is off to the right with that ‘i love my picture being taken’ cat ate the mouse smile.Lindsay truly is a photogenic person and rarely has a bad picture.looking great,miss Lohan,keep up the program,and we will see you back at work,filming,singing,modeling,and entertaining the georgia peaches out of us!!!! love you,Lindsay.love always,a huge fan and friend.peace
a thought just occured to me;i have never seen pics of Lindsay chewing gum,and since she is not smoking in these shots,could she be chewing nicorette gum?i have seen a lot of sets of pics of her not smoking,even when people around her are,and maybe she is taking baby steps in quitting.some smokers gradually ease down the number of stinkysticks that they smoke,some go cold turkey,and some are successful in reducing the habit to a social vice.anyway,here’s hoping she is at least cutting down on the smokes,and eventually quitting.go,Lindsay,go!!!love always,a huge fan and friend.peace

actually, she looks healthier with some weight on her now. i didn’t like the skinny look at all, that was a little too much. but i agree with rachel, and wonder if she’s quitting smoking. hope so! good for her

I think its bubble gum. Le Cirque most likely has the typical no smoking policy usually required by local law. So the reason we see Lindsay smoking so much is that she must go outside to smoke and that let’s the paps take photos. In this picture there is a group outing (to the gym?) and we have not seen her smoking in group outing pic before.
Someone made the comment that Lindsay was short, Yes, Too short to reach through the open window of the * Passengers Side * of an SUV,,,reach a-c-r-o-s-s a person sitting in the front bucket seat, and grab the keys from the Ignition, she would have had to practically climbed halfway IN that window to do it, and it would not have been a quick ” Grab ” either, especially as She was drunk. Think about it people, the story the 3 told TMZ simply doesn’t fly. I Said before I thought she could have beaten that rap with a simple measurement excersize. Too Bad we’ll never know, but these pictures define the story. Short torso, short legs, AND short but correctly proportioned ARMS…..we still haven’t gotten to the possible worst of this , as I had tried to comment first on this page but it didn’t go through for some reason, our worries for our little Super-Star, are not yet over, She still has to Honor the Commitment in Contract to that Casion in Las Vegas, that paid her a Million Dollars to make a special appearence THEY setup, not her, unless She repays the Million, but even then that could get messy with contract breach suit, ( we paid you a million, but you are costing us 100 times that in potential loss from a no show cancelled contract etc. tourist dollars etc. ) So we will still have that to play out yet, makes the Court Date, trivial, as the Police found Ortega, at fault, for doing an Illegal U-Turn, right in front of her, resulting in the un-avoidable car crash. He won’t get ANYthing out of this so why is he doing it?? Is one of Lindsay’s powerful enemies Paying him to further drag out the Melodrama of Lindsay goes to Court, over and over again ?? the Police cited HIM, not Her, as the culprit. BUT In America, it is Legal to SUE anybody for anything at anytime if you can get a judge to hear the case, so is the JUDGE being paid by one of Lindsay’s enemies ?? Should I just DROP all of western california into the water, and call it a DAY,,,questions questions. AH well. Who in Arizona would like Beach Front Property ?? That Judge had the Police Report, and all the facts, why didn’t he refuse to hear the case ??? Why didn’t he agree to a Dismissal when re-presented with the Facts, by Lindsay’s Attourney ?? Corrupt much or What ?? * Your * # Honor # Huh ?!?! I don’t think I like you very much. One good outcome of this is to set precedent when Lindsay BEATS this guy, and shows him up in court. !!!

Use might notice that of all of the people suing Lindsay the TMZ-3 aren’t amoung them…to date. That says a lot. On the other hand Lindsay did plead to all 7 charges including 1 reckless driving charge relating to the July 24 events. She all so released a statement admitting guilt (although not specifically by change). One therefore wonders if she really was driving on the 24th.
However, there seems to be little agrument about the May 26 incident. If she chose to defense she would have been convicted on those three and could have easily go more time that she got for all seven with the deal (and on hell of a lot of bad publicity). So it is possible that she went no contest on the whole lot of them. She clearly maintained her ability to deny specific facts in civil suits.
There are a lot of holes in the TMZ-3’s story. My thinking is that owner went along with what Lindsay wanted through out most of the 24th event but when it appear that they were going to get arrested he bugged out! The story about being forced to do the chase and many of the so called details might have been fabricated to make the TMZ-3 appear blameless so that they would be the target of a suit or criminial charges themselves. And, they get a nice check from TMZ! But, the don’t really want to go under oath about it of obvious reasons. They may well be a poision pill in the whole case against Lindsay in that it may be hard to seperate the truth from the lies in the on pending suit.
