Lindsay aspires to Stevie Nicks role
Lindsay Lohan has set her sights on playing Stevie Nicks in a movie:
Lindsay Lohan is desperate to play Stevie Nicks, who liked to appear naked on stage, in a film of the Fleetwood Mac singer’s life.
The 20-year-old actress dreams of winning an Oscar and believes starring in a biopic of a legendary singer’s life is the way to get her hands on the golden prize.
A source told Life and Style Weekly magazine: "Lindsay says that movies like Ray and Walk the Line are good examples of the kinds of projects she’d like to do.
"She feels like she’s found a dream role in a story about Stevie Nicks at the height of Fleetwood Mac’s fame. Lindsay loves the music of that era, and people have told her she has the same distinctive gravelly voice as Stevie’s."
Lindsay believed to be trying to secure the rights to the story so she can produce the film herself.
The flame-haired actress even has a leading man in mind to play Fleetwood Mac’s Lindsey Buckingham - actor Jared Leto.

If you knew anything baout Stevie Nicks you would know she NEVER appeared nude on stage. Her first album cover featured her with then boyfriend lIndsey Buckingham - she was topless but discreetly covered. She was mortified by that photo shoot. Stevie is more known for the rumor that she is a witch because she likes to dress in black and sings about a witch in her hit Rhiannon. She has consistently denied being a witch or even wiccan. She states that believes in God and incorporates that into her poetry and lyrics.

Stevie Nicks NEVER appeared naked on stage. That is completely false, and it is an insult to Stevie and her fans!

To the publisher of this site:
I don’t understand why this article states that Stevie Nicks appeared naked on stage. That is untrue and provides a negative image of this fantastic performer. This is exactly what Stevie doesn’t want to be know as. This is rude and untrue, and I wish that the people who read this article do eventually discover that that particular bit of information is flase.

Interesting article…but what was that about Stevie Nicks? She never went on stage naked. Could you change that or at least add a note that says it isn’t right, guys? Because it’s mean to Stevie Nicks and HER groupies. Or at least direct people to this message! :-) Later!

This is an absolute outrage!!!! Stevie Nicks is a beautiful and an extremely talented fore- runner of classic rock… There is NO way that someone as loathsome and pathetically desperate as Lindsay Lohan could EVER do her any justace!! She doesn’t even have a drop of vocal talent!!!! I would be curious to know what Stevie Nicks actually thinks about being portrayed by a self-destructive teen who starves only for attention..

Lyndsy seems to immature to play Stevie Nicks. Someone more together should play her.
