Help, if anyone out there knows who the designer of the shoes Lohan is wearing in this picture, please let us know. The website is http://www.gofugyourself.com and the picture appears in April 2006. Disregard the silly comments about her outfit, I don’t like the hat choose but I think the outfit is fine. the SHOE ARE THE BEST!
