Lindsay Lohan and little sister Ali Lohan are definitely catching up on sister time! Which is great. The girls were seen spending some quality time together today, Ali carrying her little dog. According to E!, Lindsay went out to dinner last night at Apple Lounge, though there’s no mention if Ali went too. The report shows a sexy photo of Lindsay, but says she seemed “emotionless” and “indifferent” at the dinner.
