La Lohan selling her never-lived-in digs
According to People Magazine, Lindsay Lohan is selling her $2.85 Million West Hollywood condo. A condo, people. Simply a condo. Yikes!
But here’s the catch: she never lived there!
That’s right, back in 2005 La Lohan bought the 2100 sq-foot condo in Seirra Towers (pictured), home of Cher and other famous stars, for $1.9 million, but she never moved in. This Sunset Strip 3-bedroom condo has gone up a lot in value since then. Why she never moved in, I’m not sure. But my guess is she likes room service a little too much. I like maids too, to be sure!
So why did she buy the apartment in the first place? "It was an investment," suggests one L.A. real-estate agent. "She’ll make a nice turnaround."
She has, instead of living there, been bunking at the Chateau Marmont hotel or at Harry Morton’s place in Malibu.

Read she was renivating and redecorating…hence why she has been living at the Chateau. Seems like a pretty savvy thing to do since she is rumored to be thinking about a house with Harry.
