In and Out of 2006 - Lohan Out?

Apparently, People has referred to a nice little list of who will be ‘In’ or ‘Out’ in 2006. And they’ve knocked LL out!!

Lindsay Lohan is OUT, superceded by the IN Kristin Cavallari, of MTV’s Laguna Beach, The Post opines.

The original list is by The Washington Post, and they don’t say how they made their choices.
