Dina & Ali Lohan on The View
Dina & Ali Lohan appeared on The View this morning to promote their Living Lohan reality series, which premieres tonight on E!
Ali Lohan again came to the defense of Dina, who is being attacked as trying to live out her own dreams. The View host Elisabeth Hasselbeck asked Ali about being homeschooled, about bullies, about being like Lindsay, and Joy Behar talks about Dina’s "top mom" award. Then Joy and Whoopi Goldberg continued to question Dina Lohan’s judgment as a parent, trying to clear up some of the rumors.

Do you notice they keep repeating the same lines in every interview they do?
“We’re trying to defuse the rumors”
“We’re trying to set the record straight”
“My mom is a normal mom just like any other mom”
“We’re not some crazy family”
Wow. Who are they trying to convince? I love Linds. I’ve always loved Lindsay, but Dina is delusional. Seriously. And Ali isn’t as charismatic as Lindsay. There’s something about Ms. Lindsay Lohan that is positively fascinating. I don’t think Ali has a chance. She will always live in Lindsay’s shadow. Trust.

yeah,Jaine,you hit that nail on the head,’there’s something about Ms. Lindsay Lohan that is positively fascinating’,i quite agree,and i have to say that i still,after all this time,rumors,legal issues,and everything else,find her mysterious,beautiful,immensely talented,sympathetic,mesmerizing,and i can understand why Jane Fonda wanted to just hug her and keep her away from the madness for twenty years.good thing she didn’t,huh?!i’m an adult,and i still find myself under the spell of this soulful,charismatic,and hugely entertaining personality,and i wish her the best of health,happiness,and success in career and personal life in 2008,and beyond.i’ll even throw in some expensive auburn-red hair dye treatments.LLove you,Lindsay.LLove always,a huge fan and friend.peace

PLZ. i love this website. seriously, i do. i know you post things about ali bcuz she’s lindsay’s sister, but there’s too much. somehow this website has become ali’s. ali this. ali that. she’s not even that talented. i totally agree with jaine–Ali will always live under lindsay’s shadow.

OMG! I just saw their show and…I loved it! they are real! Im telling you right now, their real! they aren’t using any scripts and thats why I like them. I mean, how can you not like them if you saw this show? their just like my family! like yours! like everyones! they have got problems to. dina is helping helping ali and linds in anyway and she is such a good mom. and ali is so sweet and cute. plus shes strong. all of them. the whole fam for taking all this crap like they do for no reason. I can’t hate them, because their not fake and their not anything like the tabs say at all. they’re not trying to put a front on for the camera’s. their just being themselves. I love them for that too. anyone who has something bad to say about cody, micheal, dina, nana, ali or lindsay. their haters. thats my word. I love all of them the same as linds. so Im gonna treat them the same way I treat linds, with great respect and I don’t let people bad mouth them. Im telling you, if you guys watch this, you would really see dina and ali in a new light. man, I understand why they have so many haters. they are all “The stuff”. I’ll just say that because I cant say the other word. the girls are gorgeous and nice. the boys are handsome. micheal still needs to work on some things. oh, but jaine, the way your trying to say ali will never be this and ali will never be that, dude its sounds like your hateing. it really does, you may not be trying to do that, but its coming off that way. like, bad. How do you know what this girl will be? you have not seen but what, two interviews of her? (yes, shes not a pro yet like linds, she still needs work on her interviewing skills.) But you don’t no what kind of talent this child has at all. do not forget, this is lindsay’s little sister, and linds is the greatest actress in the world. linds got that talent from one of her family members, and ali probably got that same thing. shes watched linds act since she was like 3. she loves this. acting and singing. after seeing what linds went through in the media and still wanting to follow her dreams? I no shes serious. and she is very pretty and tall like a model and really likeable. I think alot of young girls will like this one and relate to her. dina is understandibly nervous and defensive about going on the view and almost everywhere! they clown her all the time. man, you just don’t get them at all and you certainly dont try to even give them a chance. you especially need to watch this show. and alot of other people who think like you. what your doing is judgeing and believing what you read and what you’ve heard. its just not right. everyone deserves a chance. I feel bad for lindsay because i know she thinks all of this stuff her mom and sister go threw is her fault. but it isn’t. its just the dumb press. and “stupid people” like dina says. their nothing but idiots. hollywood especially. you have young fresh talented girls that are hungry and their serious about this. they just want to work. their mom just wants to help. and their getting tore down. why? I have no idea. haters dude. thats how they are. they will tear you down! but this family? oh this family is strong right here. linds, ali, and dina are not backing down! these girls have a dream and a mother who takes no prisioners! and the grama is a soilder too! whatever fire that gets thrown at them, oh you better believe its getting thrown back 10 times worse! LOL. I love them. this is my new favorite show and favorite family. its funny 2 you guys.
