Lindsay Lohan spotted eating at Mr. Chow, a hot restaurant in New York City. It’s funny, we almost never see her at the same restaurant twice (nor in the same clothes twice, for that matter).

Lindsay has been to Mr. Chow before. She went there with Kate Moss.
