Michael Lohan released the three-minute audio tape to RadarOnline.com.

“Mommy says that I’m worse than you were,” Lindsay allegedly says on the audio tape. “And she’s defending…She doesn’t back me…she doesn’t stand by me.”

“No one cares about me. They don’t, by the way. It’s about how they feel, not how I feel. It’s not about me. It’s never been about me, unless I fight for it,” Lindsay allegedly says on the tape.

Lindsay, however, has used Twitter today to say the recordings are from years ago. And as much as Michael Lohan wants to make it seem like they are present-day recordings, how can he prove they are recent? He can’t.

According to TMZ, Lindsay has talked to her lawyer about her father and what she can do. Besides getting a restraining order, it’s possible that Lindsay could file a defamation lawsuit against him.

Gossip Cop has debunked two of the latest Lindsay Lohan rumors — that she was dropped from her record label — and that she’s not being paid for her Ungaro artistic advisor job.

FOX411 first reported both stories — that Lindsay was dropped from her record label Casablanca — and that she’s not being paid for Ungaro gig.

According to Gossip Cop, a Lohan rep says the music label story is “not true.” A rep for Universal Music, the parent company of Casablanca, tells Gossip Cop she’s still on the Casablanca label with distribution through Universal. Yea! Maybe Lindsay start working on a new album soon!

As for busting the story on Lindsay doing the Ungaro job for free — Gossip Girl learned from a Lindsay insider that she is “paid a lot” for her Ungaro gig.

Nicholas Prugo has been charged with felony burglary and was being held on $20,000 bail. He was released late last night. Nicholas is set to appear in court on the charges on October 8, 2009. The investigation is ongoing and there are no details about whether or not any stolen property has been recovered.

Dina Lohan told People, “Yes, we have found [him], God is good.”

According to a search of the LASD Inmate Center, Nicholas was also arrested on August 21st, two days before Lindsay’s home was robbed. No details were in the database on that specific arrest. However, the database shows the second arrest was made yesterday, on September 17th.

In June, Lindsay Lohan flew to Paris to meet with Ungaro following rumors that she would be hired by the fashion house as their “creative consultant.” Today, a new press release from Emanuel Ungaro confirms Lindsay’s appointment, effective immediately, in the newly-created position of Artistic Advisor.

The release stats that Lindsay has already been collaborating on the Spring/Summer 2010 runway collection which will unveil on October 4th during Paris Fashion Week (so we can likely depend on Lindsay flying to Paris for that!).

Ungaro has also appointed a new Chief Designer, Estrella Archs, who will work closely with Lindsay. Lindsay will oversee everything Archs does, though they may not always agree! They will use “their combined talent, instincts and intuition to define and promote the Ungaro brand” as the fashion-house attempts to change the vision of the company to be as much consumer-led as it is designer-led.

“Twenty-first Century muses are extroverts whose personal style and experience gives them a strong creative and artistic focus. Thus was our vision of combining the eye of a fashion creator (Ms. Archs) with the eye of the ultimate luxury consumer, a celebrity (Ms. Lohan). Mr. Ungaro’s success was based on his genius for design and his controversial eye to whom his consumer was. Lindsay is a world consumer with a clear eye for fashion.”

In an interview (and photoshoot!) with WWD, Lindsay shares that she hopes to make Ungaro into a younger brand:

“When I’m involved in a project, I give my all to it. I feel like there’s a correlation between everything I do, whether it’s pop music or film. I’ve always played a big part in what I wear, the costumes. Clothing is something that’s so expressive in so many ways. It really interests me.

To be in a position where I’m working with a fashion house in Paris sets it apart from every other celebrity brand.”

CEO of Ungaro hopes that Lindsay Lohan’s celebrity status will bring much-needed attention to the brand, saying “I think the noise level around Lindsay will be very, very big.” It sounds like they’re open to any press – good or bad! Simply put, they say “the fashion industry thrives on controversy anyway.” They love that Lindsay is a diva with an eye for fashion, and love that she always wants to change her outfits throughout the day.

Lindsay shares how Ungaro has always stood for “provocation” and is about being sexy. Lindsay’s vision is for the brand to be “simple and easy” as well as sexy, saying that “less is more.”

Lindsay has signed a multiyear contract with Ungaro which will include overseeing the designs, doing trunk shows, making appearances, and being “where the activities of the brand are.” Lindsay will not, however, appear in Ungaro advertising. Unforgettable Productions is currently working on a number of TV and movie projects, including a show called Faux Real, which is described as a show like Entourage, but “for the fashion world.” Another show concept is for a dating game show tentatively called That’s What Friends Are For and a “docu-case” TV show that Lindsay Lohan would produce in conjunction with a charitable organization.

Kristi Kaylor says that Unforgettable Productions is in the midst of optioning some books for film or for TV. All projects will be supported by digital media.

“We’re taking a 360-degree approach,” Kaylor said. “Lindsay is 23 years old, and she’s so plugged in to mobile media.”

So exciting!! In other movie news, there was a rumor earlier this week that Lindsay Lohan passed on a role in The Hangover, but it just sounds like gossip to me!

FHM’s 100 Sexiest Women in the World list compiles votes of millions of people to reveal the sexiest women each year. The 2009 voting process drew in more voters than every before! This year had some odd facts, including 61% of the girls being brunettes (35% blondes) and with some notable list figures dropping right out, including Paris Hilton, Kimberly Stewart and Sienna Miller.

Lindsay is expected to talk about her frustrations with Hollywood, and, as always, I’m sure Ellen will make it an entertaining interview. Lindsay’s last appearance on Ellen was in May of 2007 when Lindsay talked about turning 21, her movie Georgia Rule and played ‘Are You Smarter than a 5th Grader’.

Lindsay starts off with, “I’m recently single (I think), and I’m looking for someone I can spend the rest of my life with. Or at least the rest of my probation with.” The whole thing is hilarious, even with Lindsay asking for a mate without “family members quick to order restraining orders.” She makes fun of everything she’s done, from passing out in the car to her ankle monitoring bracelet. Not to mention mocking the stupid headline on the latest cover of US Weekly. It’s fantastic! Way to take back control Linds!

Also, it looks like Lindsay Lohan has made her way to Twitter! I wasn’t sure before, but I’ve been watching her tweets and I’m pretty sure it’s her – other confirmed celebrities do talk back to her, so that’s always a good sign.
