According to E!, we’re all going to have to sit tight for a while about whether or not Ashley Kaufmann is a half-Lohan, love child from Michael Lohan.
The company doing the paternity testing has said they will not be processing the test without a court order. Michael Lohan received a letter to that effect, and now has to re-consult with his attorney.
Michael still holds his doubts about the timing of his relationship with the birth of this girl, but says he’ll do what it takes to find out the truth, and that "everyone" will know soon.

Here are some more new photos of Lindsay Lohan shooting Labor Pains on July 17th – the last day of filming for the movie, so the news is reporting. Lindsay, wearing her own outfit it looks like, was spotted texting as she walked around the lot. I’m surprised Lindsay didn’t get the iPhone 3G yet! (I love mine!)

Yesterday was (according to the reports) the last day of filming for Labor Pains, marking nearly a full month of a busy film schedule for Lindsay Lohan’s latest movie. During the morning, Lindsay Lohan received a beautiful edible fruit bouquet delivered to the set.

These two photos are just stunning! They were taken yesterday, July 15th, on the set of Labor Pains in Hollywood. You’d think all of those costume changes would be exhausting, not to mention all the lines Lindsay has to memorize for all those different scenes, but it doesn’t show on Lindsay.

Blair Berk, Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer, has given an update to the court about how Lindsay is complying with her sentence following her no contest DUI plea last year, which included 5 misdemeanor counts.
Berk says Lindsay is "on track" with everything and the judge seemed satisfied. Lindsay has had proper attendance and no missed dates for all her obligations. Another progress report will be held in January.
To date, Lindsay has completed:

84 minutes in jail
10 days community service
morgue visit
emergency room visit
traffic school

In addition, Lindsay was sentenced to 3 years’ of probation, a drug treatment program, and an 18-month alcohol-education program

Lindsay Lohan was spotted on the set of Labor Pains again in North Hollywood yesterday. Samantha Ronson joined her for lunch, after Lindsay had a bit of a rough morning (more on that in another post).

A press release went out today that slipped up on the release date for Lindsay Lohan’s album, entitled "Spirit in the Dark"! Lindsay Lohan’s third album is set to be released in November, 2008!

The released announced that Christopher "Tricky" Stewart has written and produced two tracks for Lindsay’s album. The songs are “Washing My Hands” and “Problem Solver”.
In other music news, word has it that DJ Samantha Ronson has been previewing some of Lindsay’s tracks at her latest gigs.

Lindsay Lohan was back at it yesterday on the set of Labor Pains in Hollywood. She was spotted wearing a faux-sports jersey. Lindsay looks very sexy in the close-fitting top and leggings – I do think she has lost some weight. Perhaps all those crazy hours working on this movie. Photo #2 is HOT!

Lindsay Lohan, visibly pregnant as her character in Labor Pains, was photographed on set again on July 10th. I love the irony of Lindsay Lohan acting pregnant in a movie where her character is faking the pregnancy to begin with, btw.
These photos feature Lindsay’s character wearing a cute little dress and white sweater with her early pregnancy bump. Super cute!
