Ali & Cody Lohan Make DJ Debut Tomorrow

Lindsay Lohan’s two youngest siblings, Ali Lohan and Cody Lohan, will be making their DJ debut in Manhattan tomorrow, July 30th, at noon. The young Lohan duo, who will spin under the name DJ AC, will be DJing at a press conference that will announce the Nation’s first Blackberry Brick Breaker Contest and Manhattan’s newest club for young adults.

DJ AC, named for both Ali and Cody, will be at the Z-Com Wireless store in Midtown, which is being converted to a new lounge for teenagers. DJ AC will be making about one hundred appearances across Z-Com Wireless stores in the US, including spinning and mixing for the teens at these stores.

I know Ali Lohan has a lot of interest in music (though what happened to her upcoming CD, I have no idea), but I thought Cody was disinterested in show biz. Still, it’s nice that they’ll be spinning as brother and sister!

It was also announced that Ali & Cody will be spinning with 25 of the nation’s hottest top musical acts at Party 105’s Summer Jam on Long Island next month.

If you’re in New York, the press conference will be held tomorrow at noon at 102 Fulton Street in Manhattan.

Lindsay Returns to LA

Lindsay Lohan and Ali Lohan made a quick return from Paris, after being there only a very short time. Since Lindsay’s house was broken into (or at least it may have been), it’s possible that Lindsay had to rush back to check things out. Though that must be disappointing, considering how long the flight is!

Meanwhile, Lindsay Lohan has been busy again on her Twitter account! Lindsay says that Ali Lohan has been back in the studio, shares her love for Eminem, Adam Levine, Adam Lambert (of American Idol) and Beyonce’s new movie. Lindsay also shares that Sevin Nyne is in the Number 10 spot of Best Sellers at Sephora. Go Lindsay!

Ali Lohan Music Video & MySpace

A music video for Ali Lohan’s first single "All The Way Around" has just been released. The video uses footage from Living Lohan and the scenes of Ali recording the track in Vegas.

You can buy the track on iTunes or Amazon. It was produced by Emanuel "Eman" Kiriakou and co-written by Kara DioGuardi. Check out the new music video below and let me know what you think!

In addition to the new music video, as shown above, Ali Lohan now has her own MySpace account at http://www.myspace.com/AliLohan. Right now it just has her new single and a few photoshoot pics.

Samantha Ronson Likes Ali’s Music

Samantha Ronson has posted to her blog to subdue some rumors that she said anything against Ali or her music. We did not post any of those rumors here, since they were pretty easy to see through. They rumors from Page Six said that Sam wouldn’t play Ali’s single, "All the Way Round", in her DJ gigs because it was bad.

Anyway, Samantha’s blog post has a rebuttal to that. She likes the song, a lot. The rest of the story was completely fabricated, and is in fact "not fair to Ali", who is being tortured by the tabloids unnecessarily at her age.

Lindsay & Ali Lohan Singles

Out of curiosity, I wanted to see our our Lohan girls were doing after the release of their tracks. Both girls had early success, it seems, rising up the charts. It’s hard to compare the two directly, since we have no official counts of downloads of either digital release and sales ranks diminish with time, but I know there was positive press for both releases. Ali’s track went a little higher on the iTunes popularity list, but dropped off of it quite quickly. Here are the quick stats:

Like Lindsay, Ali describes her latest album as being "kind of like Rihanna." With such similar styles, Ali admits that doing a duet with big sister Lindsay would be "awesome" and that they’ve talked about it.

Preorder ‘Lohan Holiday’ from Ali Lohan

Lohan Holiday is on it’s way!! Ali Lohan’s first CD, a Christmas edition, will come to stores on November 21st (you can preorder today!)

Here is the news release:

The little sister of U.S. screen star Lindsay Lohan, 12-year-old Ali Lohan, is climbing out of her sister’s shadow with her own album.

"Lohan Holiday" comes out Nov. 21 and features new single "I Like Christmas" as well as Christmas classics such as "Deck The Halls," "Jingle Bells" and "Silent Night," reports CBS TV’s "The Showbuzz" Web site.

"The music on this record is inspired by my favorite time of the year when I can gather with friends and family and celebrate the Christmas season," Lohan said. "I am very proud of my new album and extremely excited to introduce my music to my fans."

The younger Lohan also lended her vocal talents to the YMC compilation "Totally Awesome Christmas," which also has songs from Jesse McCartney and Hilary Duff.
