That lovely looking man is Francisco Costa. Here are some other photos of Lindsay Lohan, showing quite clearly that boob tape was again needed for this dress. I’m surprised she doesn’t learn to use it. Well, perhaps she likes to show ‘em off, but this time it’s not as flattering.
