This is great news for Lindsay Lohan and something her fans, family and close friends saw coming! The arrest warrant for Lindsay Lohan has been recalled by a judge today. The hearing only lasted 3 minutes and Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, appeared on her behalf today (March 16). Chapman was able to show proof that Lindsay was in full compliance with the program that was issued to her after she was convicted of a DUI. The judge said that “there are no dirty tests” against Lindsay. Lindsay will be enrolling in a new alcohol education program and will be back in court on April 3rd to prove it. The police arrived at the home allegedly because of a broken window incident. Sources are saying that Lindsay and Sam were in a heated argument, which was possibly due to the warrant that was issued for her arrest. “The police knocked and knocked for twenty minutes but neither would open the door – although a short time later a friend arrived with McDonalds food for the two,” said a source who was at the scene. A warrant was issued for the arrest of Lindsay Lohan for allededly failing to comply with a court order that were related to a drunk driving incident.  Beverly Hills police called for Lindsay to “surrender” and said, “The warrant stems from the May 2007 arrest of Miss Lohan for DUI [drink-driving] and hit-and-run.” An attorney for Lindsay has issued a statement saying that the warrant was a complete misunderstanding. “Since her case was resolved, Ms. Lohan has been in compliance with all the terms and conditions of her probation and all orders of the court,” Lindsay lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley said in a statement Saturday, referring to the star’s 2007 conviction for driving under the influence. “The warrant... [Read more]

Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson have been all over Los Angeles since they returned home from Las Vegas. In a previous post, I mentioned that they said Lindsay and Sam had been seen going to separate places quite a bit since they had been back. Well, they ARE separate people! Yesterday (March 12) Lindsay Lohan was seen leaving a hair studio in West Hollywood. Doesn’t she look fabulous?! She looks great in that pink jacket. In other Lindsay news, according to Star Pulse, she has settled the lawsuit with Masha Markova who accused her of stealing her $11,000 mink coat. Back in January 2008, Markova was convinced she had lost the coat, until she said she saw pictures of Lindsay wearing it. The coat has since been returned to her by the club owners, but no details as to how the mink was recovered have been released. Well, I sure am glad this whole thing is over for Lindsay!
