Anti-paparazzi law might help Lindsay Lohan

California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger has just signed an anti-paparazzi law that should make Lindsay Lohan and other celebrities a lot happier when the lot takes effect.
The law makes it easier for celebrities to fight back against photographers who invade their privacy.
Schwarzenegger signed an amendment Sunday to a 10-year-old law that allows fines against paparazzi who illegally or offensively take photos or recordings. The amendment allows celebrities to sue media outlets that pay for and make first use of material they knew was improperly obtained.
Tabloids, gossip TV news shows and certain Internet sites sometimes pay millions for celebrity shots. Now if the celebrity photo or recording was done illegally, the celebrity can take legal action.
Dealing with the paparazzi over the years himself, Schwarzenegger can recall when paparazzi surrounded his car when he tried to pick his child up from school. Other celebrities have had accidents or near-accidents due to paparazzi.
It will be interesting to see if this changes how the paparazzi operates.
The amendment will take effect on Jan. 1, 2010.

Hopefully this will help Lindsay! Some of them are not that bad but some are really mean to her. I would not like people camped outside my house especially when you are dealing with things in your real life! They just add to situations..
Some photos of her taken are really nice but its hard to look amazing all the time with lights flashing in your face.. then you get assholes like perez hilton poaching photos from these tabloid sites and making up false stories and drawing his little boring doodles about the likes of Lindsay….
There should be laws against these people and certain rules where they can do there job within limits…
I love to look at photos of Lindsay and check out what she,s wearing as I love her clothes:) Also read true articles about movies and photo shoots she,s involved with. Ive got lindsays Elle cover enlarged in a frame, its soo cool! keep up the good work Lindsay* m xx
