Lindsay Lohan is apparently spending Halloween in Morocco.

Lindsay was spotted at the grand opening of the Kerzner Mazagan Beach Resort in El Jadida, Morocco.

Supposedly 1,500 guests will be surrounded by 100,000 roses, 10,000 candles, 50 horses from El Jadida dressed in the national tbourida costume, more than 300 traditional folk troops and fire breathers in celebration of the opening night of the latest Kerzner International Resort.

Lindsay announced she was in Morocco on her Twitter account.

“bonjour from Morocco!!”

I like Lindsay’s simple off-the-shoulder floral dress — very becoming to her.

Lindsay Lohan has made it blantantly clear how her dad’s recent actions make her feel.

Lindsay has used Twitter to get her message across loud and clear in these four tweets.

“My father is a lunatic&doesn’t even deserve such a title since he’s never been around in my life other than when he’d threaten me&my family”

“He should be where he has always put himself after verbally abusing and physically abusing people all my life-behind bars. Its so sad to get”

“A phone call from my baby sister just now asking, “why is daddy doing this?” Through tears.”

I’m guessing Lindsay is upset about a lot of things her dad has been saying to the press recently. Michael Lohan’s most recent Lindsay bashing was with Access Hollywood (watch the video here). Michael Lohan says he has secretly recorded phone calls from his ex-wife Dina Lohan about how concerned she is about Lindsay. He is adamant that Lindsay is addicted to prescription drugs and that she will die in less than a year if her behavior doesn’t change.

But Lindsay and Dina Lohan have made it clear that they don’t want Michael Lohan talking about their family to the media. If Michael Lohan is really concerned about Lindsay, he needs to figure out another way to do it.

Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson are still together.

That’s what Lindsay told Gossip Cop in response to rumors posted on X17online that she and off-on-again girlfriend Ronson had broke up. 

Lohan told Gossip Cop exclusively: “It’s all bulls**t and they couldn’t be more wrong.” She added that X17 “should get their facts straight once in a while.”

In fairness, Samantha Ronson’s rep hasn’t responded about the relationship.

Many media sources have printed stories about Lindsay hooking up with a male model, but Gossip Cop has already corrected that story as well.

Fame Pictures reportedly caught Lindsay Lohan’s bodyguard getting arrested on camera Thursday in front of her Los Angeles home.

The reasons for the arrest are unknown at this time, but he was handcuffed and placed in the back of a sheriff’s department car, leaving a passenger in his Mercedes Benz, according to Fame Pictures.

Lindsay Lohan is photographed heading into the Wonderland nightclub in LA on Wednesday night.

The guy behind Lindsay in the photo (male model Petey Wright) caused the rumor mill to start spinning Thursday, but Gossip Cop has already put those rumors to rest.

According to Gossip Cop, Lindsay did not hook up with male model Petey Wright, though they did work together on a shoot. X17 had an unnamed source who said “Lindsay was all over Petey during the sexy photo shoot [earlier that day at the Chateau Marmont], and it continued when the shoot ended!”

Lindsay told Gossip Cop that is not true.

“My photo shoots consist of work and only work,” Lindsay said.

Lindsay also commented about it on Twitter Thursday.

“Just because I hang out w/a boy, that doesn’t mean he is my boyfriend. Can’t we have friends? Grrrrr! have a lovely day everyone”

Lindsay Lohan tries to hide but is mobbed by paparazzi as she leaves the Staples Center in Los Angeles after a Lakers game Tuesday night.

At one point, her male friend stepped in to help Lindsay negotiate her way to her car. Lindsay was dressed very casual – except for the black and white scarf she used as a shield.

On Twitter, Lindsay said she spent Wednesday shooting a Johnny Depp-Kate Moss 90s theme for Kite magazine.

The celebrity burglary ring suspected of breaking into Lindsay Lohan’s home as well as other celebrities were charged Wednesday by Los Angeles prosecutors, according to People.

Rachel Lee, 19, Diana Tamayo, 19, Courtney Ames, 18, Alexis Neiers, 18, and Roy Lopez, Jr., 27, were all arrested in connection to the crimes. Nicholas Prugo, 18, was arrested last month and has been formally accused of the Lohan and Audrina Patridge burglaries.

Prosecutors charged Prugo Wednesday with five more felony counts of first-degree burglary for a total of seven; Tamayo with two counts; and Ames, Neiers and Lopez with one count each, according to People.

Prosecutors estimate that more than $3 million in jewelry, designer clothes and accessories were stolen between late 2008 and September 2009, but have declined to formally charge Lee for now, pending further investigation, People reported.

While on the red carpet at the 3rd Annual Rock the Kasbah Fundraising Gala at Vibiana in Los Angeles, California Monday night, Lindsay told one camera crew about her plans to do a BBC documentary in India in November.

Lindsay says she was inspired by Richard Branson, the billionaire businessman who hosted the Virgin Unite event which benefits the Eve Branson Foundation.

“I am a very big fan of the things that Richard Branson does,” Lindsay said. “I met him in Dubai (at the opening of the Atlantis, The Palm in December 2008, I guess). I really respect that he incorporates charity in all that he does.”

Lindsay says that she will go to India before Thanksgiving for the BBC documentary — but they are still working out the times and dates.

Lindsay Lohan enjoys lunch at E Baldi in Beverly Hills Tuesday with a lunch date.

Lindsay was forced to get a police escort to keep the paparazzi at bay as she and her lunch date drove off in his BMW convertible.

On Twitter, Lindsay posted this message about having to close the blinds at the restaurant for protection from the paparazzi.

@jorjeperezjr just scared Nancy Regan to protect me from paparazzi by closing the blinds abruptly at a restaurant!

Speaking of Twitter, Lindsay also tweeted Tuesday about her fashion shoot with photographer Ellen von Unwerth — which was published in The Sunday Times in London. Here’s a photo she posted of the cover.

So I guess Lindsay was happy with the photo shoot. She also Tweeted about missing Emanuel Ungaro and Paris. She Tweeted this AMAZING PHOTO of her as well showing her hair straightened.

In these photos, Lindsay has on an really adorable headband featuring pearls and a black bow that goes nicely with her sheer black dress.

Lindsay was photographed with former American Idol judge Paula Abdul as well as Sir Richard Branson – who hosted the gala along with his mother Eve Branson. Richard Branson is on Forbes’ 2009 list of billionaires and is best known for his Virgin brand of more than 300 companies. Virgin Unite is the non-profit foundation of the Virgin Group.
