Lindsay Lohan & Samantha Ronson were spotted out for lunch on May 19th. First they are spotted at the Neil George Salon and then ate at Tere’s Mexican Grill. The paparazzi were quite invasive, filming Lindsay eating her lunch from inside the restaurant.

Lindsay Lohan was rushed to the Century City Hospital by friend Samantha Ronson late on Thursday night. Lindsay Lohan, who has struggled with asthma for many years, was reportedly having difficulty breathing. Lindsay Lohan flew back from New York City with Sam and started to have discomfort in her chest while on the plane. She was hesitant to go to the hospital because of the paparazzi, but eventually took herself to the ER.

Samantha Ronson was scheduled to DJ at nightclub Goa last night, but instead stayed with Lindsay for the 2 hours she was at the ER.

According to various reports, Michael Lohan asked Kim Kardashian to "look after" Lindsay when he attended her White Party in the Hamptons. Michael Lohan apparently pounced on Kardashian in the VIP section:

"Michael went right up to Kim and Reggie and introduced himself," our source said. "He asked them to look after Lindsay out in L.A. and keep a watchful eye on her."

Kim Kardashian and beau Reggie Bush were patient with Michael, but "shocked" by his request. It’s the first time they’d met. Weirdness!

Ne-Yo, who wrote Lindsay Lohan’s upcoming single "Bossy", says that he was greatly impressed by Lindsay Lohan’s album.

Ne-Yo admits he was a little taken aback at the prospect of working with Lindsay, that he’s written for people like Beyonce and Rihanna… but Lindsay Lohan? Still, he went for it and is glad he did.

"But I will say this; we gave her a quality record and she did a ridiculously fabulous job. I was so shocked I had to call her and apologize for what I was thinking because she did so good. I think the world is gonna be surprised."

Great to hear!

Michael Lohan gave OK Magazine a piece of his mind about Living Lohan by commenting about the first episode, entitled "Mommy Will Fix It", for them.

Here is a short excerpt from Michael’s very tame response to the show:

Well, let’s see… If I were to look at things from a wordly perspective, I would probably have a lot to say about exploitation, hypocrisy and even deception — and maybe at a later date, I might just do so.

Samantha Ronson, when confronted by the paparazzi with Lindsay Lohan nowhere in sight, is asked to "settle the rumors" about Lindsay Lohan and herself having a relationship. She thinks it’s ridiculous to even ask, but says with firm conviction "not true."

Well, can we say it’s settled yet?

On another note Michael Lohan denies having said anything about Lindsay and Sam to the media and says he knows nothing about it. He says it’s "Lindsay’s business… Lindsay can make her own life choices, that’s between her and God."
