Lindsay Lohan Dumps Riley Giles!

Lindsay Lohan and Riley Giles are reported to have broken off their relationship after Thanksgiving weekend.

"They’re over – they’ve broken up," a source says. "They split after Thanksgiving weekend."

Adds another source: "She is concentrating on her life and her career."

I can’t argue with that, though. Lindsay Lohan needs to throw herself back into her craft and see where that takes her.  E! is reporting that Lindsay is the one who ended the relationship. And gives another reason why:

“She made it pretty clear when they got home,” says our source. "It’s over." And the reason? "She got tired of him pouting all the time," says a Lindsay pal.

ha! Well, it’s true. He always did look grumpy. Lindsay’s "friends" say that Riley’s ego couldn’t handle all the attention on Lindsay once they left Utah. That he no longer wanted to go anywhere and face the paparazzi. These friends are not sorry to see Riley Giles go.

"They thought he was unsophisticated and told her she should have left him in Utah with his snowboard," says the source.

"He never paid. Yeah, we know Lindsay is the rich and famous one, but come on. Be the man once in a while! Pay for a round of Cokes. I mean, they weren’t even drinking alcohol, so how much could a round of Cokes be?"

Lindsay Lohan dumped Riley Giles on Sunday night. Way to take a stand, Lindsay! You can do better!

Samantha Ronson brought some take-out to Lindsay Lohan’s place the other night and was all smiles for the paparazzie. But not so later on – Samantha carried out a  Japanese "Herbie: Fully Loaded" poster to cover her face. Have to wonder why. But I’ll give her props for using something more interesting than a jacket.

Samantha Ronson and other friends of Lohan are denying any rumors that Sam is a bad influence on Lindsay:

"People who know Lindsay and know Sam know she’s a good influence in Lindsay’s life. Sam has stopped Lindsay from destructive behavior in the past, and where most people want something from Lindsay, Sam doesn’t. She’s not an enabler – she doesn’t do drugs. She’s completely stable."

Asked for comment about her reputation as a "bad influence," Ronson told us, "It’s frustrating that I have to make a comment about my friends, but apparently taking the high road only generates false allegations. Those who know me know the truth. I’m not sure where or why these rumors started, but that’s all they are."

Lindsay Lohan is reportedly working on her 3rd Album, to repeat her success on  Speak and A Little More Personal.

Lindsay’s father, Michael Lohan, reportedly spoke to Life and Style about Lindsay’s new album and that she is planning several collaborations, including one with 50 Cent.

“They’re talking about working together. Nothing’s firm yet, but they’re in talks,” he tells Life And Style. “They’ve actually known each other for a while, just from being in the business together and crossing paths at events.”

Lindsay Lohan & her lawyer lost their plea to keep video tapes outside the court room during Lindsay Lohan’s deposition.

LA Superior Court Judge Michael L. Stern denied the bid to bar cameras in a ruling on Wednesday. Lindsay’s lawyer objected strongly on her behalf – he feels the video will be sold by one of the people who has access to it. And I do agree with him there.

"If a single picture of Ms. Lohan can sell for thousands of dollars, a videotape of the deposition will undoubtedly sell for tens of thousands of dollars, or more," her attorney, David J. Ozeran, wrote in court papers.

Ozeran says he believes the real purpose of videotaping is to "annoy Ms. Lohan and to attempt to gain a litigation advantage by causing her concern about the embarrassment of such a videotape.”

I hope they take precautions to prevent that tape from being sold! Not only is that a misuse of the legal system and an invasion of Lindsay’s privacy, but being on tape may influence how the proceedings go forward.
