I really debated putting this up but it’s not going away and I think it’s ridiculous. “Jackass” star, Steve-O, claims that Lindsay Lohan stole a bag of cocaine from his house.

The pair had been friends for some time, and had reportedly partied together on several occasions. Steve-O revealed in a radio interview that the troubled actress came to his house one day and forgot her wallet in the bathroom. When she went back to get it she stole a bag of “Boog Suge” from him.

Steve-O said he even has proof that Lohan was at his house that day because she had to sign a release form for a DVD he was shooting at his house.

If this is true and he and Lindsay had been friends, why is he saying this about her? Signing a release form for a DVD shoot is not the same as being caught on tape stealing cocaine. He has no real evidence that she did this and it’s awful to say something like this about someone based on suspicion. It just seems like people are either trying to kick Linds while she’s down or get a few minutes in the spotlight by talking about her (which is what it looks like Steve-O is doing). Don’t people have better things to do?

Lindsay Lohan was looking cozy and warm in her gray hoodie when the photogs spotted her outside of the rehab facility. It’s got to be tough to just come out for a cigarette break and have to face all those flash bulbs and photographers yelling. She looks like she’s handling it well!

Lucky girl… The only pedicures I ever have are the ones my husband gives me (which aren’t really that bad but this looks fabulous!). It’s great to see Lindsay taking care of herself.

It looks like Lindsay Lohan took a little break and sat down to listen to some music which is almost always a good thing. Music makes me feel better when I’m going through a hard time. She also had on some cute boots as she took a coffee break.

Is it mean to say that something about Michael Lohan irks me? I’m not sure what it is. Maybe he really does have Lindsay’s best interest at heart – I just hope he isn’t using her fame and struggles for his own financial gain. He seems awfully ready to open his mouth and talk about her personal life whenever he has the chance. That doesn’t seem right to me. I could be very wrong though.

The New York Daily News is reporting that “Lindsay’s Lohan’s dad is heading to Utah next week to spend five days of “quality time” with his troubled daughter – a visit he hopes will help in her battle to stay clean and sober, the Daily News has learned.

“We’ve still got a lot of catching up to do,” said Michael Lohan, who reunited with the “Mean Girls” starlet for two days at the Cirque Lodge rehab center in Sundance this month after a two-year estrangement.

This time, Michael will take LiLo from the facility to a remote undisclosed location in Utah as part of out-patient therapy, he said.

“I’m looking forward to spending the next week with her,” he said. “We’ve been in constant phone contact. She’s in a great, great place now. I’ve never heard her so honest, contrite and focused.

“Lindsay is weeding out all the bad. She’s taking a step back and reevaluating her life. What she tells – her honesty and openness – has brought me to tears. It’s beyond words how proud I am of her.”

LiLo’s mom, Dina, who’s battled with Michael over just about everything concerning their daughter, could not be reached for comment.

Sources said Michael and LiLo wanted next week’s visit and counselors gave their blessing.

“They believe Michael’s the best person for Lindsay to be with now,” one insider said.

“Not only is he her dad – someone with her best interests at heart – but he’s also someone who successfully turned his own life around after battling substance abuse.”

Unlike her mother Dina – who works as her agent – Michael is uninvolved in his daughter’s career.

Cirque Lodge is Lindsay’s third stay at rehab, after two previously unsuccessful stints in the pricey Los Angeles facilities Wonderland and Promises.

She checked into Cirque Lodge – which also treated Mary-Kate Olsen and David Hasselhoff – in early August.

Since leaving prison in March on an assault and DWI conviction, Michael Lohan has been trying to get closer to LiLo and his other three kids.

He’s been estranged from his family since Dina Lohan filed for divorce in January 2005. The couple divorced in July.

By most accounts the former stockbroker, producer and actor isn’t the same man jailed for various assault charges.

Once known as the “Hollywood Dad from Hell,” he’s become an ordained minister and wants to make amends for his mistakes.

“Michael knows he can help Lindsay to continue to win her battle against alcohol and drugs,” said a source.

“He was in rehab twice himself when he was trying to kick his own addictions – which included alcohol, cocaine and sex.

“He knows the pitfalls and temptations that await someone preparing to leave rehab. He wants to be there for Lindsay now because so many times in the past, he wasn’t able to be when she needed him.”

Just as I thought, more bogus lies and gossip have been proven to be false. Lindsay Lohan is NOT leaving the Cirque Lodge rehab facility this weekend as has been reported.

Access Hollywood’s Billy Bush e-mailed Dina Lohan to find out if the reports of Lindsay coming home this weekend were accurate:

“Not true staying in Utah,” Dina told Billy.

Enough said. Why do people make up garbage in the first place? It is so much worse when the gossip appears in a number of reputable places even though it makes absolutley no sense. The idea that LiLo would be released from rehab “without knowing” is ridiculous.

A “friend” of Lindsay Lohan’s is saying that she is due to leave rehab this coming weekend, according to a new report.

However, when asked what the (formerly) party-loving starlet’s plans were on her release, the pal responded, “I don’t think she knows yet.”

Lindsay has been at the Cirque Lodge in Sundance, Utah, since the first weekend in August.

I am having a hard time believing this, especially since Lindsay supposedly “doesn’t know” that she is leaving rehab. If it’s any kind of decent treatment center, they would be working with her to make sure she is ready – they wouldn’t just spring freedom on her. I guess we’ll have to wait and see…
